SUDS Car Wash

This car wash sucks don't ever go there they damage cars and will say they are not liable they don't monitor cameras to to stop the car wash rollers if needed!!! Had to give it one star in order to post it but they don't even deserve that!!

Not sure why the bad reviews. Car wash was clean and well maintained. Did a great job on the car. Free towels and vacs. No complaints here!

worst car wash everjust stand there and don't give directions cost me a hubcap when confronted mgr CALEB he wouldn't tell me his name really lame attitude when hubcap came off they just picked it up didn't even tell methey lost 3 wash contracts todaydue to CALEBs attitude and poor service

They don't take cash! Their vacuum cleaners are hard to use. Most of the time they don't even work!

Never ever sign up for their unlimited wash plans or use a credit/debit here. They do not explain their ridiculous process of adding you back on a plan anytime you use your card there in the future! I was signed up again without my knowledge, and when I called to ask to be refunded I was disrespected and talked to like a child by the manager Jennifer! Not a way to do business, by forcing people into buying things they do not want. Also the $25 carwash isn't worth $5! I'm warning you, wash your car anywhere but here!!!! These people are out to rob you and force you to pay for the unlimited plan...

I honestly wouldn't have left 1 start, but I had to in order to leave a review. Suds Carwash deserves 0 stars. If you care about your car, please avoid this car wash!!! My vehicle was damaged when metal caused several large scratches in the back glass of my vehicle. Suds denies it was their car wash because "they use foam", but the damage was not present immediately prior to entering the car wash and was there immediately after leaving the carwash. They have don't nothing to remedy this.

not worth it, I pay for the monthly membership that keeps getting more expensive and the car and wheels never look clean.

I was in your Corbin Ky car wash at approx 9:05 am on Sunday the 6th. I was car number 880, I paid for the wax and wheels deal. While sitting in line your carwash broke down twice and as I sat there and read the sign of all the things you are not responsible for I was thinking maybe I should pass on this wash. But there was no way out at that point.  So I continued in as instructed by the attendant, while inside the carwash it shutdown twice more. My car incurred damage to the bottom of the passenger-side mirror housing and the light it holds inside there. I believe if your carwash had not stopped while I was inside it would not have caused this damage. Is there any way to have your company cover the cost of the repair or part. Also, is there any way to allow someone to change their mind on the carwash at the point of entry into the inside of the carwash? thank you.

We've had issues and good things out of this place. 2019 they charged our card for a monthly membership then proceeded to tell us twice it wasn't valid after they already took the money from our bank- whatever we got the bank to refund after the manager refused to speak to us. However we have a monthly plan with another car that has never had any problems. The only issue with the actual wash I ever have is that sometimes it doesn't clean completely and leaves soap on the bottom. Not a big deal in general but it's a cheap wash and you get what you pay for .

You need to dry the card like before. Just went through and got home dirt everywhere on my Jeep. The upgrades didn't help any.
