How do you skimp on veggies on a sandwich called a "Veggie Delight"? We stopped here on a cross country road trip as we needed a quick bite. Subway can be a slightly less guilt ridden fast food option, so Subway it is!I will admit this is slightly my husbands fault as he ordered for me as I waited in the car with a broken foot (crutching ain't easy folks!). When he returned with my veggie sub it was mostly bread with almost no veggies! For you veggie lovers out there if you are going meatless those veggies better be falling out. I would think the employee would load it up, no joke I got 6 pieces of spinach. I have provided feedback to my husband as well though.

Seems like We are the only one who had good service and at this subway. We also went inside and didn't do drive thru. My meatball sub was full and the bread was fresh. They have cherry coke on tap which is rare. My sandwich tasted great. My spouse didn't fare quite as well. Although his sandwich was filled and the bread fresh. The chicken may have not been kept at quite the right temp because he ended up with a tummy issue later. We stopped at this exit because we had just got out of a traffic jam and there was food and gas just off the highway.

I understand it is covid...but this place is the slowest subway ever. I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes. When I got up the window no one came, I peered in and three people were piddling around no other customers. I ended up running out of time and had to leave. This is not the first time this has happened there with bad service unrelated to covid.

The 2 workers inside did an EXCELLENT job making our sandwiches! The young man (wish I got his name) went above and beyond to ensure our sandwiches were made EXACTLY how we ordered. Thank you for the good customer service.

Went through the drive-thru at 4pm, and I have to go along with the other reviews...slow as Christmas. Plus, if you're traveling toward the I-64 exchange, waiting on traffic will add even more time to your stop. So, if you're thinking you'll hop off the interstate and make a quick stop for Subway on your way home, think again. That quick stop could take you almost 30 minutes. Plus, it just wasn't good quality. Skimpy meat and toppings, and the bread was dry and tough. Hold out for Jimmy Johns or Blimpies once you get to Frankfort.

Giving this subway 2 stars because my order has not been wrong yet. I'll have to agree with Brent as the drive speaker is a little messed up and the service is SLOW! We ordered one sandwich and it took them almost 20 minutes. There were no other customers in the drive thru and just a few inside. Do not go if you are in a rush.

I had stopped at this restaurant once while traveling.On my next Subway order, it defaulted to the restaurant. I noticed it IMMEDIATELY and clicked on "Contact Restaurant" on the app to cancel.The phone number did not work and, to this day, there is absolutely no way to contact this restaurant or anyone else at Subway corporate to address this.I emailed Subway corporate office the next day and still have not heard back - the order was placed 3 weeks ago on 8/30/2023.So disappointing that there is no way to address this issue with Subway.

My friend amd I visited this Subway store in Midway, KY on 3/29 at 2:15 pm, and as of 3:00pm I am still in the store, after being verbally cussed and verbally assaulted by the store manager who refused to serve me after I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through lane with 2 customers in front of my car and no way to just leave as I was blocked in with the cars behind me and everyone's tensions high wondering what could possibly take this long. The store manager, hopefully for the last time ever in a Subway uniform, ( unless the owners filed for a 501c(3) exemption and whose stated purpose is to lose customers faster than the Ever Given has sunken maritime insurers without sinking itself.) , greeted me with no eye contact and after I inquired if they had been preparing a large custom order and then when she yelled at me,, not to me,, but at me that she was the only employee on duty despite Two other females clearly making sandwiches for the people inside the store who must have entered from a side door since the main door was closed with a sign that read "drove-thru orders only", later realizing If you were a known acquaintance of the employees on duty then you did receive inside the store personwl and priority service which may have accounted for the 30 minute wait in the drive thru line. After I asked the price of the veggie pizza, the manager Mitzi slammed down her pin,, yelled that she would not be serving me,, and shut the window as I was in mid sentence,, and in disbelief she then exits the store and is smoking a Marlboro and waiting on her ride home. My guest then entered through the secret door only to emerge with a veggie pizza that was cooked first,, and then the toppings added on afterwards. It's the strangest and worst item I've ever paid for in my fast food history of 43 years. Who puts toppings on a pizza after it is baked? I hope to never return to the store, which I will say up front the building is very attractive as a stand alone store, the only Subway stand-alone that I can think of. Please refund to me my purchase price and know I have lived in this area for 43 years and will not return to this store without an apology, assurance that Mitzi will be reprimanded as we all have bad days. She was the rudest person I've encountered in my life as I worked in food service for 20 years myself and wound be terminated on the spot if I acted 1/10 as rude as she did and she is supposedly the store manager.

This place was horrible between the long wait and the horrible attitude of the employees it was shocking. never have i ever experienced such bad service. i'd rather dive to lexington to get subway then to stop here. honestly don't understand how they are still open.
