Worst experience ever in a restaurant!!!We had an awesome guided tour with Greg of the museum, and decided to get something to eat before finishing seeing the museum. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, sat down at 12:45, ordered 3 burgers and sodas. Sodas were brought right away. At that point our waitress never came back, after about 30 minutes we flagged another waitress down to get refills and she brought them. At 1:45, I went to bar counter and asked the server there to check on our food that it had been 45 minutes since we ordered. Shortly after, another server came to table and said "can I get your order?" I told her we had already ordered, and she asked what we ordered. At this point it was bad being in restaurant for an hour and food order had not been placed. But it got worse when I asked for a manager. A few minutes later John came to our table. He explained that the order was not turned in, but he was the cook and apologized. I asked to have the meal comp'd, he refused and said our food was being cooked right now. I knew this was a lie because he had already told us he was the cook today, so I asked him who was cooking our food. He then said I'm not cooking your food and you can either leave or I will have security escort you out of building. We left and I found our tour guide Greg, who helped me find the Museum Manager and reported the incident to him. The Stingray Grill ruined our museum experience.

Part of the National Corvette Museum and a required stop in my opinion.Ambiance is great, almost like a fine dining restaurant. The front door is open and you can hear the starting and revving of the engines of the owners picking up their cars. There also is a cool multi-screen video visual above the bar.The food is outstanding. I had the Blackberry Grilled Cheese (mozzarella & swiss cheeses, blackberry jam, bacon, jalapeño on toasted panini bread. Wow! Loved it. And I had the January/February special: artichoke heart fritters with green onion aioli. Delicious. I don't think you can go wrong with any of their menu items. The service was friendly and helpful. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Perfect spot to grab a bite and beverage before or after a tour at the NCM. The Blackberry grilled cheese and Salmon ceaser salad were tasty. They have bottled domestic and imported beer and specialty cocktails featuring Kentucky Bourbon. They have indoor, outdoor and bar seating Service was friendly and quick, thank you Samantha.

So many times, restaurants in museums, zoos, or other places like them, sit back on their laurels and perform as if the patrons don't have other choices.... This place isn't one of those. The food was exceptional, the service was top notch, and the Corvette Museum makes for pretty nice ambiance. People should always make visiting this restaurant a part of their museum visit. They're that good.

Stopped by after taking a tour of the corvette factory and before going to the museum. It's a smaller than I expected but we were seated right away. It took a while for someone to take our drink order and our food order. My wife ordered the Italian panini and I got the stingray burger which had wagyu, bison, elk and boar. It was a really good burger with the bacon jam on it. And at the end I had to try the bread pudding. It was a nice serving and it was really good.

Back for a second visit after picking our new corvette up almost a year ago. Nick was excellent server. Obviously loves his job and very good at it. The hostess was the opposite of Nick and should be in the back of the house. Hubby had the Z1 Burger....ordered Med Rare but got very well done....no pink at all. Taste OK. I had the same as last visit because I was so impressed and loved it. Unfortunately, the blackberry grill was disappointing with correct ingredients but limited in flavor. I love jalapeños but this time they overpower the little amount of cheese and other ingredients but the sweet potato fries were excellent. Sad consistency is an issue for so many restaurants. May try if we make the trip again. Enjoyed the Museum.

This has to be the best museum restaurant ever. Food was awesome, service was attentive and efficient and was knowledgeable about choices on the menu ( gf). We sat outside and enjoyed great dining at the Corvette Museum. Highly recommend this food stop. They care about their customers at this museum restaurant where you are definitely more than a captive audience.

If you are going to the National Corvette Museum you need to save room and eat here. We were at the museum almost 10 years ago and the restaurant was more just a diner with regular diner type food. We walked in today and man was I surprised. It looked like a more classy restaurant. Nice tables. Cool graphics. You don't need to dress up. Shorts are ok. They even take reservations. The menu was much improved with more upscale food. I got probably the best burger I've ever had. My wife got a grill cheese sandwich. You're probably thinking "grill cheese"? "Upscale"? This grill cheese was like none I've ever had. The salads looked great as well as the sandwiches. Yum. And to top it off you get to hear the occasional Corvette start up as a new owner is taking delivery of their Vette.

I had the jalapeño burger while my wife ordered the chicken pesto sandwich. We were really excited about visiting this restaurant as we've passed by it a few times during our trips from Louisville to Nashville. We have a EV Mustang and we usually stop half way to charge our vehicle at the corvette museum. The restaurant is really nice and the service was friendly; it was also cool to see the corvettes as we enter the museum. However rhetorical biggest let down was the food itself. The fries were good, however the sandwiches were overly greasy; just dripping throughout the whole meal.
