Stevie J's Barbecue

Looking for some rib tips, wife said don't come home from Memphis without them. Well, Memphis was a little bit behind me, however, I thought I could score in Louisville and boy, was I right! I knew when I left, I should have gone back and got another super size rib tips and I sure regret not doing it! Next time I'll go whole hog and get some of the other stuff. Faint of heart may want to go in the day time, but don't fear, they're tearing the 'jets down.

Was in town for the Sweet Sixteen and looking to see what Louisville had to offer by way of BBQ. Asked hotel staff for recommendations but they had nothing. My dad, whose from Alabama, called his one of his coworkers who had relatives in the area and they said Stevie J's hands down. Went there and it did not disappoint! The sides were good, but the ribs were great!!! So good in fact we returned the next day. It's off the beaten path but if you want some seriously good BBQ make the trip...don't be scurried.
