Am here now what a great spot love all the pictures on the wall inside and out The phone number is incorrect on google it is 606-551-1153 hope this helps. Try the frisco melt here they nail it every time I get it here!

Just as good as any Steak n Shake anywhere else. The food and service is great every time I come in or go through the drive through. Great that kids eat free with an adult entree too. All good experiences so far, and I'll keep coming back! Glad we finally have one here in Hazard!

My wife, me, my daughter and my grandkids all went here the Thursday before Christmas at 6:15 in the evening. Some genius in management decided that it would be a great idea to have Santa in the restaurant that seats 96 people. We were not aware that he was even there since the restaurant was packed and we were seated in the front of the restaurant and they had Santa in the back . People kept opening the side door and the cold air was blasting us every five minutes as they brought their kids in that door and the front door too. We were there over an hour before we got anything to drink. People started seating themselves after they seen Santa. I felt sorry for the waitresses since it was total chaos when people failed to return to the hostess stand to be seated. Then to make matters worse the table in front of us and the one behind us got all food and drinks and we were left with just our drinks for another half hour and we were there first, we watched them eat their food while we had none. Finally we ordered and almost two hours after we arrived most people had left. I usually don't complain about some waiting but this is ridiculous. I finally got to talk to an assistant manager and told her what happened, I told her this was an unacceptable since we eat there often. She agreed and gave us a five dollar coupon for our next visit. Today me and my wife went there today and got two full price meals and got our drinks for 99 cents for happy hour. When my wife went to pay it took forever, and when we were leaving she told me that they couldn't ring it up until they charged us FULL PRICE FOR THE DRINKS!!! I will never set foot in this place again!
