Great location in Patchen Village off Richmond Road. Very centralized in Lexington and great parking. The studio is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Teresa's classes are focused on relaxation and mindful movements. Classes are offered in the evenings during the week and mornings on weekends which work out perfect for the typical 1st shift person. Teresa's a great, certified instructor that has your best interest in mind. I'd recommend this place to anyone and encourage you to give it a try whether you're a first timer or a seasoned pro; Teresa has classes for everyone.

Exquisitely scented body butters that are the perfect blend of creamy and light. They never feel greasy but provide deep moisture. We will all be saying "we knew Teresa when" in a few years.
