Soft Shoe Inc

I live sixty miles from Soft Shoe and I try to visit at least once a month. I find an excellent selection of shoes and clothing for ladies of my age (73). Of course, some shoes are more expensive than others, however, I find that I never have a problem finding something that I like and that I can afford. The salespeople are friendly, helpful and not overbearing at all. I always enjoy shopping at Soft Shoe!

They are not getting 5 stars because the prices are a little higher from box stores but you get a lot better service. I have been in there over 6 times in the past 3 months. Bought a pair of boots, wore them in the house over the weekend and they hurt my feet so I returned them. No one said a word except sorry they did not work for me. Bought another pair of boots wore them over the weekend and rt foot hurt(boot to large), took them back and got a size smaller. Wore them for about 2 weeks (30 day comfort guarantee) they started to hurt after a week and took them back. Found a Pair of boots and inserts for me and my son.They work with you, fit your feet and seem to really care about your comfort.Thank you Soft shoe.

This store makes me uncomfortable.Most of the people stared at me as I looked around. I haven't been here in years. They've completely changed it.Now it caters to college kids and teenagers. Didn't stay long enough to really look around as I didn't like being stared at.They really don't have anything they used to have. Now it's all fancy running shoes and whatever is popular. Graphic tee's with really lame quotes on them, over priced crap like The North Face brand. I wouldn't bother going here if you're poor like I am.My dad was looking to buy a pair of boots but they don't sell those anymore either since they don't cater to his age range or style anymore. Disappointed.

Got tired of wearing old worn out shoes and this place came HIGHLY recommended! Got waited on by Andrew and he really knew what he was doing. We discussed what I thought I wanted and he brought out what I thought I wanted and also some shoes he recommended. He was right, I ended up buying what he recommended and after a week, I couldn't be happier! Although I probably could have bought them on line for a little less, the service and his expertise were well worth the price difference - oh yeah, even though my wife wasn't in the market for new shoes, because of his knowledge and patience, she also bought some shoes and she's extremely happy with hers also!

Way too expensive. The employees also act weird, suspiciously as if they know everything is overpriced but still have to manipulate you into buying. They will treat you like a product. Selection was diverse enough in spite of that.

New to town and really enjoyed my visit to the store yesterday. My running shoes were marked down - bonus for me. Store assistants helpful and pleasant. I took a reccomendation to try a new pair of running socks - tried out today. Very happy.Great to support a local business with so many franchises around.

Very helpful staff. Lots of selections to choose from. I went for Oofos. I wish they had more than just flip flops and slides, there were two different kinds of shoes, both black. I'll definitely be back!

I didn't have enough money to buy the pair of shoes that I liked. However it's worth mentioning that both associates went above and beyond to be friendly to both me and my kids regardless of making a sale. Very nice customer service and very cute shoes and clothes in the store

Soft shoe has the best selection of shoes in Richmond, Ky. I love the variety of comfortable walking shoes. I haven't found anywhere else with this variety of high quality footwear! The staff have been friendly and helpful. The clothing is very nice too!

I don't usually write reviews, however after reading some of these I had to comment. I am 45 years old and always get the best service when looking at shoes. The comments that say they only cater to college age is incorrect. The quality of their shoes are outstanding, therefore you do pay a little more however they are priced very competitively for the quality brands. Keep up the great work. Love this store and the brands they provide.
