Food was good and service was better. Restaurant was clean. Stayed busy and waitress had complete control

Food is good. Newsmax on every TV is a problem. I came for lunch, not for right wing lies. Maybe something more neutral would be more business savvy. Hard to support a business that supports conspiracy theorists. The other guests seem to align with the stereotype however. The service is fine I guess. Had to get our own menus after sitting at a booth for ten minutes. Things got better after we were finally acknowledged.

The rest room was clean. I ordered a coffee and water. Great service. At 11:00 am I ordered an omelette. No can do. Paid 5$ for a sip of coffee . A customer of 20 years along with family. Gone. A little bit of customer service would have gone a long way. Drove on over to Tudors and got breakfast. What is the difference between 10:59 @ 11:00? Just one customer that doesn't matter.

I love Snak Shak! They've got everything from hot dogs and hamburgers to complete meals. Their breakfast is really good too! Cheese curds are amazing, my favorite! Nice little diner that's been in town for years! Highly recommend it if you're a local or just passing through!

Very nice place, the food was great, the service was all you can ask for. The servers are pretty as well and that always helps lol .

I work right up the street and always knew that no matter what I ordered it would be delicious and I was never wrong. Apparently they have changed ownership recently and gotten a new cook. I ordered a western omelet and could not have been more disappointed. I threw most of it in the garbage and haven't been back since. They used to know my voice over the phone I ordered there so much. I can't bring myself to try anything else after the omelet fail. They were my absolute favorite before, and I recommended them to everyone. I can't say that now. How do you screw up an omelet? That new cook figured out how. It breaks my heart because I looked forward to eating there every day. Not anymore...

I would rate this a five the food is great it's just the lack of customer service. Maybe they're just understaffed. it took one hour and 30 minutes to get our food and we only got one thing for all of us. just for three of my friends it took an hour, and it took 20 minutes just to get a barbecue sauce cup. I ended up using ketchup (which isn't a big deal) but it took them so long and I never ended up getting it. not to mention I think the prices on the menu are wrong. honestly snack shack is a good place to eat. it's just barely anybody working there but if they get more people working and better customer service, I'd go there every day.

Food and service has gone downhill since it sold. It used to be good a few years ago.

I love Snak Shak have went here since I was a kid. I order food from the about once a week or two. However, today my chicken wrap had that precooked grilled chicken strips.. this is new, normally they have actual chicken in it. It was not as good. The chicken was chewy like rubber. Just not as good as what it once was.

So.. had I done any Yelp reviews years ago.. this would totally be a 5-Star review.. that behind said, Snak Shak isn't the same as it once was. I did include the menu (photos from Google). Although, last time I was in there, some items were different. I hate giving a bad review and I hope things change as it was just bought out by a new owner. The last owners, just weren't the same as the ones before them, you could tell that too. The employees were lackluster at best.. they just didn't seem to care, I was there for around 30-45 minutes eating my meal, was only offered one drink refill, which was at the end and only when I found someone and asked. The food quality also went down. In the day, I could get a quality crinkle cut fry of large portion, now, it was only a few and most were cold and sort of soggy, rarely a crisp one at all.
