Fun and therapeutic! We were Just two ladies, wearing Dickies and fce shields, smashing glass and pottery with aluminum bats, crowbars, mallets, and golf clubs while heavy metal sounded.I agree with other reviewers that you'll get warm in the safety gear. I chose to wear the plastic glove liners too, so my hands got very sweaty. Unfortunately, we were one of the last slots of the day and Smash Lab ran out of electronics to destroy before we got there. They offered us more glass items to smash instead. One thing to note is that you can bring your own items to smash- glass bottles, electronics, whatever. I also recommend putting together a playlist before you get to Smash Lab because you get to connect your phone to your smash room speaker.

Went with a group of 4 friends and we tore the place up! We chose the 50-piece glass package deal for 50 minutes and we got it allllllllllll out! (The room can have up to 6 people.) There are 10% discount coupons available via Yelp app check-in feature beforehand. They also accept donations of several types of items if you check their website -- great way to clear out your house of all sorts of miscellaneous stuff!Great fun, simple safety instructions, all protective gear was provided. We wore the face shields, coveralls, and safety gloves throughout. Be aware that you will get warm during this exercise due to the layers of safety gear and hammering away destroying things. They also have paint room experiences available on site that I might check out later, but for now I'm hung up on breaking stuff. We were given glass dishes, bottles, small appliances, a printer, and a flat screen TV to decimate to our hearts' content. We had baseball bats, golf clubs, tire irons, crowbars, and several types of hammers, including sledge hammers available to use throughout the session. Wonderful outing! Cathartic! Some things to know: Reservations required, bring your ID, wear close-toed shoes, and do not consume alcohol beforehand. They also have a speaker available in the room if you want to use your phone to sync it to your choice of music if that's your jam while you destroy items. Convenient location with plenty of parking and lots of nearby restaurants to visit afterwards since you will probably work up a sweat and an appetite.

So much fun.I had been wanting to do a rage room for so long and a romantic V-day date seemed like the perfect time to try it. We made our reservation online and showed up to SMASH THINGS. All you need is close toed shoes and they provide you all the gear, smashing tools, and smashables that you need. Make sure to make a playlist of whatever music you want because you can hook your phone up to a speaker in your room. I think it would be really fun and a very different experience to go back with my bestie.

My sister and I had a blast! We will definitely come back! We were a bit apprehensive at first, but once we got into it we had lots of fun. We opted for the shortest smash lab time and it gave us enough time to get through everything. They had good safety precautions - plastic gloves and utility gloves, a one piece suit that your zip over your clothes, and a helmet/shield. Of course, you also are required to wear closed shoes too! There is an option to bring your own box of "smashable" items!

The name says it all! I'm not the type of person that breaks stuff or throws stuff when I get mad so the idea of just smashing a bunch of stuff sounded cathartic. Lol. It was! Just like they show people smashing plates in the movies and loving it.... I totally did. Surprisingly fun to launch plates and glasses and hear it shatter. Definitely a cool experience. They have these painter suits you put on and those thick hardware type gloves. Just make sure you wear sneakers(aka tennis shoes in the south, despite the fact no one plays tennis in them).

We had my daughters birthday party here tonight and it was so fun! I wasn't sure what to expect, but it really was a great indoor party option. Austin was extremely helpful and we had a blast! I'd definitely recommend!

Absolutely LOVED everything about this place! Austin, the owner, totally loves his job and it's refreshing to see. Brought in my group of four and had an amazing time. Something about smashing and breaking things up is seriously stress relieving! We'll be back soon!

So so so fun! I Recommend not wearing make up, having your hair done or wearing cute clothes. You will sweat and your hair/makeup will not last under the mask. Also recommend bringing your own box of stuff to smash. They give you a box of glass stuff and two big electronics. But it goes fast. The glass/dishes are the most satisfying to smash. The owner is also really nice and accommodating. I plan to come back with more friends as well as propose this for our next team building event at work.
