I don't have a bad word to say about this place. I'm not kidding! This is the best fast food business I have ever encountered. First and foremost, the food is not only excellently prepared but there are many options. Raising Canes offers chicken tenders with only one dipping sauce, and only fries as a side. Slim Chickens offers about 8 dipping sauce flavors (all great) as well as wings in a choice from about 10 sauces, and also great sandwiches, salads and even chicken & waffles! For sides, they offer fries but also fried pickles, okra, and mac & cheese, among other things. For desserts, they have brownies, shakes and jar desserts filled with cheesecake, pudding, cookies, and other items. It is all prepared wonderfully and fresh and not overcooked like Canes. The restaurant is in a cool building made to look like a Southern juke joint. It's bright and airy and has both low and high top tables. It is kept impeccably clean. The service is incredibly friendly and sociable. Staff comes around to collect your trays or garbage or just to wish you a nice day. They greet you walking in and thank you when walking out. I've been there countless times and not once have I had bad food or a bad experience. The best fast food business in the country! Why aren't there more of them?

In town for work, and saw a catchy name. I looked them up and they had good reviews so I went to try them out. The food. I ordered a "Slims meal". I must say the tenders were hot and fresh and delicious. The in house sauce I chose (Honey Mustard) was pretty good. A little sweeter than I prefer but still very good. The fries were good, and the raspberry tea was awesome!!! The service was friendly and fast. There wasn't much to the ambience. Just people enjoying their meals with friends and family. Oh and some TVs playing. I enjoyed the food and experience, so I went back. This time I tried the Memphis-style BBQ chicken sandwich. Whoa!! This is a banger!! The chicken was sweet and spicy and the slaw just set it off. Undermine for the road. Overall a solid 4.5 stars. Not a 5 because the honey mustard sauce wasn't a 5 (for me). There are other sauces to choose from, but I didn't try them. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is the location I first tried Slim Chickens. It is similar to canes or Zaxby's. But they still have their own identity. I really like their slim sauce with their tended and fries. It's so good. Their jar desserts are also really good!SERVICE & HOSPITALITY- One aspect of a great experience at an establishment is the service of the staff. At this location, they are always friendly. Never had any issues here. They can understand your order clearly.VARIETY OF OPTIONS- Some establishments offer very diverse menu. At this establishment, they have good selections. Worst chicken ever. Sauces better than chicken. Go for the desserts! Cold as a wedge inside and sour faced wait staff who tend to argue with each other and yell at guests in line. I'll pass... ew

Slims is one of my favorite chicken places! Their salads are always fresh, their homemade sauces have never disappointed, and the chicken is always fresh and SO crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Their seasonal raspberry lemonade is also a favorite!

Nasty food, overcrowded, and staff, which I understand, a company has to hire disabled people. But when they ask you several times why you are waiting. Too busy of a place to put disabled people serving customers. Will never go back. Had 100% excellent experience in Navarre, FL.
