Sleepyhead Mattress

It's a great place to find deals. They supply Costco and other major stores. So you would find the same pieces of furniture at a much cheaper rate. They have a good collection of rugs too. They were helpful with delivery also. My address fell just outside their delivery distance limit (60 mile radius), but they agreed to do it. They charge a delivery fee though, like most furniture shops.

I saw their store on Marketplace Facebook which listed rugs for sell in their posting. I needed a new rug and stopped by to take a look butI need a extremely large rug and most of their rugs were 8 x 10. The salesperson was friendly and a took a quick glance at their inventory but was not in need of any other furniture or mattresses.

Bought a mattress off them 3 weeks ago. After 4 days a bubble developed in the mattress. I will post pics of the issues. I called the store and was told that I had not gave it enough time to break in the mattress. I should rotate it ( after 4 days) so I did rotate it. After another 3 days a bigger longer bubble developed ( pics) I called back was told to rotate again. We are a week in and I've rotated it twice!!! So now 3 weeks in the bubble has become bigger and goes from corner to corner. So today 3-26-19 I call the store. I'm informed that they will give me store credit and for another $150 I can get a better mattress!! So they sell me a bad product then ask me to pay extra $$ for a upgrade!!! When I was looking at there store I stressed to them that I'm hard on msttress. I'm 335 pounds and was assured by Aaron the owner the mattress I bought was good for 1000 pounds!! So now I have a bumpy mattress and I'm out $750 !! And if I want a better quality mattress I need to pay more $$!!! So avoid this shop. As I said ill post pics.

Had a great experience with the BEST customer service. Have had the furniture for 2 months now and it's in great condition.
