Skyline Chili

Was greeted quickly and said to sit wherever we wanted. Service was pretty good, although could have used another drink refill. Did get another to-go refill at the end, though, which was nice.The chili dog literally melted in your mouth. the bun was super soft and buttery, the hot dog yummy and the mound of chili and cheese was so good.The appetizer thing had cream cheese on the bottom topped with - of course - chili and cheese. It was served with a bowl of chips. It was really good, the cream cheese added a bit of lightness to the heavy flavor of the chili and cheese.Will definitely be back again.

Always fantastic....thats all I can say. This is the newest and biggest Skyline. Love the layout.

They were pretty dead when I walked in but everything was fresh and I got my food very quickly. Server was super nice and attentive and the restaurant was really clean too. I got a 5 way and a cheese coney. Very delicious as always!

This new Skyline is perfect for a quick bite to eat when you are craving Cincinnati Chili south of Lexington.We stopped by on a recent road trip, and the location was easy to get to from the interstate and the staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered the typical 4 way with onions and it was delicious! The location is rather large and really nice and clean.

We had the BEST time at this Skyline Chili! I am a huge fan of what my family calls "chiletti," chili over spaghetti noodles. We would have this all the time when I was growing up. My aunt would serve this dish with a myriad of toppings (what we call "feexins") and the possibilities are endless. I believe she was originally inspired after visiting her first Skyline Chili in Cincinnati, Ohio, where this company was first started. I have been to locations in Cincinnati, Louisville, and now this one in Kentucky. We always try to fit in a stop if we remember there is one nearby on our road trips as we do not have one of these where we currently live in Nashville, TN. This particular location in Richmond was excellent. It 's located right off the interstate just adjacent to Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond Center outdoor mall. The building looked brand spanking new and was clean and well attended. The serving staff was polite, attentive, and so friendly. The kitchen was impeccably clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The walls were adorned with lots of high school and college sports memorabilia because of the nearby schools. I could see a lot of EKU students here on late weekend nights and filling up on some late night eats! We had the best time getting just a simple "4-Way," spaghetti, chili, cheese, onions. Someone near us ordered the 'Coney Bowl" and I wish I would have tried that, too!! If you've never been to a Skyline, this is not a restaurant with fancy cuisine that is particularly culinary, because that is not the spirit of a Skyline. But if you want a fun, down-to-earth, tasty fill-me-up grub with good basic ingredients, this is your stop, and I highly recommend this location in the Richmond area.

First time eating here. I ordered a chili cheese sandwich and the new skyline dip with tortilla chips. Waitress was friendly and helpful with ordering. Established was clean. Food was brought out very fast and price was great and all was delicious.

Update: went back today to try another coney and it was MUCH improved. The bun was soooo soft and obviously very fresh. Tons and tons of chili and a good amount of mustard. 10/10

I am so excited to have a Skyline Chili come to Richmond! The team members were so nice and the restaurant is beautiful!! And of course my Skyline was so delicious! Nothing beats a 3 way and chili cheese sandwich mustard, no onions. Yummmmmm! It's Skyline Time in Richmond!!
