Always good great pizza and service here. Never a problem, unlike the locations on Richmond rd and South Broadway. ((((Beware! When ordering to go. Make sure upon checkout, it doesn't run you through grubhub. The Richmond rd location a few days ago did for my pickup order. It automatically charged me $2.00 extra.))))

Ate here when got back to hotel too late to go out. Staff at front desk recommended this pizza joint. We got the meat lovers pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza was outstanding. Nice balance of toppings, cheese and sauce. The cheese sticks were meh, wouldn't order again. Order ready when promised and friendly staff.

I used to live in Lexington for years, and Sir Pizza was my absolute favorite. I now live in Louisville, and sadly, there are no Sir Pizza locations here. Well today, I finally became so desperate for my favorite pizza that I drove a little over an hour from Louisville to Lexington just so I could have Sir Pizza for dinner tonight! (Sausage, mushroom, and extra cheese if you're curious lol.) I honestly have to say that it was EVEN BETTER than I had remembered! It puts chains like Pizza Hut and Papa John's to shame. Sir Pizza is truly an original, with unique tasting crust and sauce - even the toppings themselves are more flavorful, and they are piled high, edge to edge, so you get those toppings and cheese in every single bite. Also, the gentleman that was working was very friendly, and it was nice having such good conversation while waiting on my pizza. Thanks again so very much!-- Tracy from Louisville

It pains me to do this, but it needs to be done. I ordered a very simple order (medium royal feast and small cheese at 4:49 pm today, and as of now (6:40 pm) I still have nothing but a pissed off wife and 2 screaming hungry kids. Completely unacceptable. This will be cross posted to any/every review site I can think of.

The pizza has always been really good so that's the 3 stars but the building and well everything else is run down and dirty looking if you know what I mean. I will only go order and pick my pizza up just to stand and keep watch when it's being made.
