Roca Bar

Stopped in for breakfast ... great food and service ... good place to catch up! Pizza and Breakfast .. great TVs and I think I saw bar too ..

I'm going to start out and say.this food is terribl, and I do mean terrible. It is the worst pizza I' ve ever even eaten, and this was the consensus of the table. The "thin crust" was the width, taste and texture of a hard cracker. On top of that it was burned! The cheese was thick and greasy without a hint of sauce. I won't even start on the salad.Please don waste your time or money. Pizza Hut beats the hell out if Roca Bar.

This place is open for lunch SEVEN DAYS PER WEEK AT 11:00 am! Closes M-TH until 9:00, FR-SAT 10:00 pm, and SU until 7:00 pm. It has been here since 1943. When the original owner decided it was time to quit, the new owners kept all the recipes and brought their desire to update as well. The ambiance remains. The place is very clean. I was immediately greeted by Mary and served a drink. The pizza is what I was here for, but they offer many Italian and American choices. If you are a deep dish fan, this place will change your mind! I don't know how they do it. A perfectly crispy, thin crust that stands up to heavy sauce and toppings! Phenomenal!!!They have a drive thru, a party room, a full bar, a family restaurant area, and great TVs to watch your favorite sports or show. I give a hardy "thumbs up" to Roca Bar Pizza since 1943!

The crust is still very crisp, but the rest of the pizza no longer resembles the classic Round the world.

This was our first time at the new location. The food was delicious as always and our server Brittany was fantastic. I miss the ambience of the old place. The lighting was a little bright. Plus, the wait staff started stacking chairs on top of empty tables at 7:30. It was a little off putting and unwelcoming. It's almost like they were saying "We're closing soon. Don't hang out for very long". Not what you would expect on a Friday evening.

Had the Italian Salad and alAround the world pizza. Both were excellent ! Service was very good. Lots of big screen tv's to watch your favorite game! Wide open area with a bar too! Will return!

It was not the experience I thought it would be. It took a very long time for the waitress to take our order. I tried to order the kids breakfast with one egg, one meat, and fruit. She never eats two eggs. I was told that she couldn't order the kids meal because she was too old. I had to order the adult meal with two eggs. I ordered her scrambled with cheese... no cheese, but I was charged for the cheese. I was going to order a Roca Plate with country fried steak, but after the trouble with my friends order, I just ordered an iced tea. I honestly expected a very different experience.

went to Roca bar last night, 12/11/24. They were not busy as only 3 tables had customers. I ordered a beer and it was brought quickly. Something was terrible wrong with the drink and I took it back to the bar for a replacement. We gave our order and after waiting 45 minutes the waitress told us that the computer went down and they lost our order. By now there were more tables filling up and our order would be behind all of them. there were no apologies or attempt to make anything right. we have been going to roca bar for years but this will be the last. we left and had pizza somewhere else.

Jenny is a good waitress. She earned the one star I am giving. Yay, Jenny. The food earned zero stars. Pizza crust was nearly non-existent and tasted like a saltine cracker. My cheese was on top of my toppings, so I could see anything but white and yellow cheese, which was too thick and oily-not traditional pizza cheese. We also ordered a simple salad to share; I requested just veggies, but it had bacon on it, which the vegetarians in my group did not enjoy. The salad consisted of uneven chunks of torn ice berg lettuce, a boiled egg, and a tasteless, less than ripe tomato. I think the bar must keep Roca Bar going, as there were many liquors on display. However, we found this place with a search for pizza. They should get a good dough recipe, and buy quality cheeses with more flavor. Pizzas start with a delicious pizza dough, and add sauce, cheese, and then toppings, in that order. It is hard to ruin pizza. But they got 5 stars on ruining pizza.

1 Star for Food5 Stars for service and ambience. Bought lunch for new associates today. Carry-out 3 Lg Pizzas ($85), were ready on time (as stated per phone). But after getting back to work, I discovered one pizza was completely incorrect, and ALL were burned to char. They did offer to re-make the order, but couldn't get back to get it. They then offered to reimburse my card completely! This was a reprieve! I just don't understand how any food service business could let an order go out the door like this! If it wasn't for the fact that our first visit two weeks ago, the pizza was so amazing, they would've lost my business completely! It's sad that my TRUST I had in placing a phone order with them is desecrated, and will now check future orders before leaving the premises.
