Rise N Brine Chicken Biscuits

Excellent addition to the neighborhood! Their food is delicious and hearty, with flaky, buttery, tasty biscuits. We had the egg and cheese and the chicken biscuit. Pro tip: order a hashrown and add to your sandwich. I also had the Maple Pumpkin Spice latte, which was tasty but not hot enough (had already left before i noticed). Wish there were more vegetarian options. Overall friendly service and fairly quick. Reasonable amount of indoor and outdoor seating but a great place for grab and go. Will definitely be back when in Lex!

I had the chicken biscuit with spicy hot honey. Not what I'd call spicy. Good biscuit and crispy chicken. Needed a knife and fork to eat it. Friendly staff.72

I think that today is their Grand Opening. My initial observations were that the menu is similar to a number of other biscuit places in town. It's not very creative. I was surprised at the limited seating so they will probably do a lot of carry out business. The place is clean and there is parking available behind the building.I ordered the Breakfast Burrito and it was very good. I thought that it could definitely have more chicken on it. I really couldn't tell how good the chicken was because it was overpowered by everything else. I really liked that they grilled the burrito after it was wrapped and I thought that was a nice touch. The pico was fresh and delicious.First impression was that it is above average but similar to a number of other places in town.

While a biscuit and coffee might not be your first choice for breakfast, not only is the coffee here amazingly delightful - try the brown sugar cinnamon latte - but the sausage and egg biscuit is hearty and filling. The biscuits are like drop biscuits - thick and full - and the fried egg and sausage were tasty. But this was a basic biscuit in this buffet of biscuit choices. You'll have to return several times to find your go-to.The service is friendly and helpful and there's not a huge amount of seating - some inside and out - so a large party might not find a seat but four or less should be fine!

Here is my second review because this establishment never disappoints!! I will definitely pay $10 (tip included) for this huge sausage, egg (over hard), and cheese biscuit In addition, I called prior to placing online order, and asked if they could bring it to my car since I am in a walking boot & crutches. I can drive with my other leg, but carrying a food bag with my teeth isn't ideal they accommodated me and was so nice about it. I'd order this every single day if I could

Needed to eat breakfast in between playing sports with friends. 1st time here, there were ppl there but not busy. They were very nice. Got BLT biscuit and coffee. Biscuit was very good! Also filling. A smaller place, I liked it though. Park in the back

Delicious breakfast item with fair prices! Side of biscuit & gravy - gravy spectacular Sausage egg and cheese biscuit that is huge! I ate half and took rest home. Honey chicken biscuit was also spectacularly delicious Not pictured: 1 hash brown, pretty greasy but very crunchy if you like crisp. Definitely would come back Support local!

Recently ordered Rise N Brine as an alternative to CFA. The mini chicken biscuits were delicious and the chicken was soooo good. I didn't care for my latte (the flavor didn't work for me), but I would visit/order again!

Food was good, coffee was great. Breakfast burrito is a good portion and well made - I'm not floored by it, but it's well put together and much better than many other burritos in town. Staff is friendly and easy to talk to. My only complaint was that it was quite expensive. $17 for a breakfast burrito and a cup of coffee. No sides come with the burrito.

WOW! Cute place. The "French Toast Biscuit" & "Breakfast Burrito was flavor and delicious . The "Gingerbread Latte" is hands down the best I've had, not to mention the great customer service. Definitely will return to try their other menu items.
