I can only speak about dining in the Great Room. We went in on a Sunday and had the breakfast buffet . We've been several times before and the service is always on point . I had the made to order Belgian waffle which was nice and fluffy& tasty! My friend had an omelette also made to order and it was quite a generous portion . As for the buffet(20.00) there's a selection of fresh fruit , cereal, (hot and cold), scrambled eggs, pancake casserole, bacon, sausage, fresh juices and various condiments . The coffee is really good as well . I'm sure I'm forgetting some times . It's relatively quiet in terms of background noise. You can sit by the windows and people watch or sit towards the middle of the room. They also have outside seating which is a nice option for the warmer months . I will say this as well the ladies room is super nice and has always been clean when we've used it .

My wife and I were here for a concert in the Rupp Reno nearby. So we stayed at this hotel that was really close. We walked her up arena and we had a wonderful time. Concert was one hotel was great. Had a good shower in it good TVs had a refrigerator, excellent place.

I don't normally leave reviews for hotels, but this was an exceptional experience. The staff couldn't have been nicer - including those I bumped into outside of the reception area. The hotel seemed well laid out, with lots of nice meeting spaces around the first floor. My room was very clean and also well laid out. The bed was comfortable, there was a comfy work space near the big windows, and the kitchen was well appointed- even with a new sponge and dish soap. It was clear the rooms were intentionally laid out - with good lighting in the bathroom and throughout, great blackout curtains, a sound machine, and even a very clear interface on the TV, clearly noting available options and which were free vs needing a subscription. If and when I'm back in Lexington, I'll happily return.My one bit of feedback: the entrance doesn't face the road and the driveway is confusing with the parking garage right there. Detailed instructions would have been helpful beforehand.

Terrible visit. Their billing was atrocious. Reached out numerous times to resolve--no answer--no help. In the end I had to resolve with my credit card company. We stayed in July for a wedding--I received a statement from my credit card company and they still disputed a $12 charge--not worth the hassle--never again. Buyer beware.

PERFECT! Everything is GREAT here! Starts with the awesome GM Barry. What a tone he sets for all of these amazing employees. There are so many to call out: Claire, Marcello, Brooke, Margo...all of these employees seem to truly care about the guest, about what they do, about representing the Marriott brand and Lexington well. Our room is fantastic, our two doggies have been so loved on by the staff, easy self parking, quick walk around the corner to a dog park. So many fun eating establishments in walking distance. I did our laundry here and it was clean and efficient. Also the gym is fantastic! Plus we went to Crossfit Maximus nearby. I wish EVERY Residence Inn was this clean, new and comfortable. Our travel from Albany, Georgia started out like a real Hallmark movie. We were leaving on Christmas Eve to make it to Cleveland, OH in time for Christmas with my mother (in-law). All of the flights from Atlanta to Cleveland (TN too) were cancelled. Cleveland is a 14 hour drive from Albany. And, of course there was only one rental car available so we decide to drive through a snowstorm. After driving nearly eight hours we end up in Lexington at the cutest bed and breakfast except it's the Residence Inn (almost just like Hallmark) and the staff check us in, my wife is pregnant, exhausted and hungry. Devon checks us in, helps us unload our car, & let's us know the kitchen closes in 30 mins so we order a warm meal and get comfy in our room overlooking the city holiday lights. Our dinner arrives, Devon personally delivers a forgotten part of the meal and wishes us a merry Christmas and a goodnight. In the morning, we wake to little holiday gifts on the guest doors and a beautiful morning filled with holiday greetings from the staff, the smell of waffles from the breakfast buffet, and Starbucks coffee. We've never spent Christmas morning at a hotel but it was the best experience and all because the staff that went over and beyond to ensure our holiday was nice. After breakfast, we he grabbed coffee to go and hit the road to Cleveland, making it home just in time for Christmas fun and games in our pjs with the family (perfect Hallmakr movie ending). Thanks to Residence Inn staff, Devon, Christmas morning staff -from the front desk, breakfast buffet, and security. We will never forget our holiday adventure.

New modern, no staff. Lobby really managed by staff in attachment Marriott next door. Free breakfast not fully open as buffet due to pandemic? Or economic reasons because rest of hotel is maskless like city. Staff shortage impacts service but everything brand new. Literally adjacent to Marriott high rise hotel. Walkable to restaurants.

The room was great but other than that our experience was not good. We stayed for a total of 3 nights, 4 days. On our second day I asked the front desk if house keeping could take out our trash because we have a 1 year old daughter and she had quickly filled up the garbage with her dirty diapers. House keeping was on our floor but never came by our room. On our third day I asked the same of the front desk and they apologized for no one coming by. They said they'd send someone on it immediately. After leaving for most the day and coming back, house keeping had still not come by our room at all. For our entire stay house keeping did not come by our room to refreshen our sheets, trash, or towels. Even after asking in person and over the room telephone a couple of times.

Booked two rooms for one night, called a week before our reservation to make sure the rooms are because connected because we were traveling with minors and were told it was noted and would not be a problem. Then when we called the morning of to make sure that the rooms would be connected, we were told there was no note of that but that she had assigned us two rooms and checked in, assuring us it would be no problem. Then when we arrived hours later once again, we did not have two rooms that were connected so they had to fix that for us. The front desk clerk mentioned that things have been rough around there and they were having high turn over. We left the next day and once we got our final hotel bill, saw we were charged three times for parking, one of which was for valet. We were not informed we would be charged for the parking and paid for it ourselves so we paid four times to park one car. We brought this to their attention in their webpage and by leaving multiple messages for the accounting person at the hotel but it's been weeks and still this has not been resolved. Very poor customer service. We've been using this brand exclusively for business and leisure travel, but this experience is making us highly reconsider using them again in the future.
