This place could use a good cleaning. This looks just like a restaurant you would see on restaurant/bar impossible. The food is just okay. Not worth the price. Not sure if we will be back.

First of all let me say this place is owned by a married couple with two very different ideas on how to run a business. I went to dinner here with my husband and daughter Tuesday. There were a couple other tables but it wasn't very busy at all. I ordered a fish sandwich, my hubby a burger and my daughter a kids meal. We waited for 40 minutes for our food, without the server one time checking on us. My husband walked up to her, while she was on her phone, and asked if she would check on the food. Complete apathy. The kind of response you expect from a teenager. She went to the kitchen and said it would still be a while. We said we have to leave because we can't continue to wait (we had to pick up my son). She tried to get us to wait to take the food to go and we said we had to go. She walked out again to the kitchen to tell them not to make our order. I paid for our drinks and left. This wasn't the first time I've had slow service here but her apathy was just over the top. So I left a review on Facebook. The wife messaged me right away, acknowledged the poor treatment that she observed herself on her security cameras and lamented that she's had issues before. She offered us to come and try it again. I said sure, updated my review that she responded right away and was trying to rectify. Things are great. Husband then took a screen shot of my post and, in his own words, went on a "rant" about how I should have found a manager instead of posting. So the comments come in and it's overwhelmingly negative.... Either chastising him for his poor response or chiming in on their own bad experiences. He continues to argue with commenters and deleting unfavorable comments. Eventually, he decides to remove the ability to review the restaurant. But I had already written about my experience and others were chiming in on my own post. So he deleted the page altogether. One of these owners really is trying but the other only burns bridges. This was hands down the most unprofessional and poor customer experience I have ever had from an owner of an establishment. And I've heard from others, who've had similar experiences with this man. I wish her the best, but unless you want to wait an hour for an "ok" burger, there are other much better options out there.

We were at Red's last night.Our food was Great !! Our server was very good considering she was The Only One and was taking care of about 7 tables of 2 or more customers. She really could have used at least one more server to help. She was Waitress, Bus and Cashier plus took phone orders and fixed To-Go orders. It took a little longer to get our dinner than I'd have liked but when we did, it was Delicious !! If you're in a hurry, don't go.... if you have some time, definitely worth it. Nice, polite hard worker and great food .... just not sure I would go back unless Red gets some help3 Stars due to server's lack of help Food 5

Went here for lunch during the week and it ended up being over 90 minutes with explanations about lateness when we got back to work.It took an extremely long time between getting our drinks and putting in our order and even longer to get our food. I ordered pizza and my elementary school cafeteria serves better. Tasted like it was straight out of a microwave.Won't be back.

I have never gone to a burger/pizza place and waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food it was decently priced and the food didn't taste bad but the wait sure did leave a bad taste in my mouth I purposely downloaded yelp so I could write this review and it was worth every second it took to download and add this restaurant to the yelp appPlease read this review I wrote this for those who can't afford to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for food during lunch on your lunch break

It's a nice afternoon in Ashland and my wife and are doing some afternoon libations on the patio at Reds. The beer is cold, the chicken wings are plump and tasty, the blue cheese dressing has big chunks of blue cheese in it, and the service is attentive. Not sure it could be any better.
