Putters Sports Grill

10/10 I would recommend Putters to anyone. Celebrated my birthday with Family & friends. A total of 35 people. The manager Brianna promised she would make something work for my birthday & large group. She went above & beyond. Sam our server was OUTSTANDING! Attentive, drinks were full & he always had a smile! Food was hot & Delicious. Thanks again!

I do not recommend this place unless you want shitty food and horrible service!Bartender was stuck up rude and inattentive. Food came cold and I was ready to just pay my bill and leave but when she asked me how the food was, I told her. She walked away from me mid sentence and when I called her attention back to me she tried to say I was being loud????Since she obviously did not care? I asked for the manager, which was probably not even old enough to have a college degree; let alone be a manager of anything???The manager is obviously out of her league and stood there all defensive and offered to "fix it"? There is no way I would send anything back to that kitchen or trust whatever came backI paid cash and took my ice cold buffalo chicken wrap home to put in the microwave to finish cooking it for themPictures are if the ice cold food. As you can see the sauce is not melded or melting in any way and the cheese never reached room temperature let alone had a chance to get warm or turn soft let alone melt!!I've tried this place too many times and always left disappointed. Yes my fault for going back but I was doing yard work all day and figured a quick snack to tide me over before dinner so why not....Well I should have learned from the rest of the times, but never again!I do not recommend this place unless you want shitty food and horrible service!

We ordered to pickup since it was close to our house. It has been a while since we have eaten at Putters. We both ordered the fish and chips but it should have been called chips and fish sticks. The amount of fries does not make up for in price we paid. The fish pieces were dry. It would have been better to have had 1 large piece instead of several sticks.The slaw that came with the meal was approximately 3 bites. We also ordered wings. The wings were nice size and spicy but also kinda dry like they were over cooked. There is a place further down the road that we usually go to and will not sacrifice quality for distance next time.

We came to Putters with my in-laws and sat at the bar to meet some of their friends and enjoy some brews. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating with a variety of seating options, including high tops, bar seating and regular tables.We prefer to sit at the bar at most places, you get to meet new people and interact with the bartenders. We had a great bartender here, Kylie, who made sure our beers were full and that we were happy with our drink choices. I ended up drinking Yuengling, since I can't get it easily in California and some of our group branched out and tried some different brews.We ended up ordering some wings and got them crispy so they'd be the Buffalo style my family loves. They came out perfectly crispy and had their own hot sauce that had some good and unique spice.There were TVs everywhere and it would be a great spot to catch a game. They also have live music and special events that you can check out.The parking lot has plenty of spaces and there are other restaurants and stores around if you're looking for something before or after grabbing some drinks.

We get take out from Putters every 2 weeks or so and it's always so good! My husband loves the burgers and boneless wings and I'm a fan of the buffalo chicken salad. Everything they make is fresh and it's seasoned very well. It's not like a cookie cutter salad or burger. On the occasions that we have eaten in the service is always pleasant and quick. That means there's a great kitchen staff in the background! Good food, good people all the way around!

We called on a Friday and were able to get reservations for Saturday night for 35 people. We showed up and all the tables were set up and the servers were ready for us. The service was great, all separate checks and no issues. The food came out fast and accurate. We will definitely be coming back!

Onions rings are great!! That being said. That's it! Everything else was sorry! Especially the service! I cannot believe how sorry it was!! Look outdoor dining but have some fans to keep the flies down!! Awful

We ordered 12 wings for takeout this week. We arrived on time . We paid the bill, which was $18. We left and went home (about 10 minutes drive away). Once home, we opened the box and we found 10 wings that were warmish - not cold and not hot like we prefer them. We called Putters to discuss this, and were greeted by someone, who put us on hold so she could get a manager. When the manager arrived a minute later, we explained what happened and mentioned our dissapointment at the quantity we received as well as the temperature, asked how to best rectify the situation, but were offered no solutions. The manager was dismissive and told us she would inform the kitchen, they were running a 10 wings special , and maybe that's why they made a mistake. No offer was made as far as even a partial refund. I suppose we could just stop payment on the credit card ( we may still do this), but perhaps this review will help improve the service for another customer, or steer other customers to a better place. Paying $18 for ten barely warm wings is WAY TOO MUCH. We will not go back again, as there are other choices nearby. You've been warned.

My husband and I have tried to like this place. It's close to our home. I've have never seen any improvement here. It's weird, this area is ready to boom but Putters is NOT keeping up or trying. Service was terrific! No complaints there. Food came out quickly and our server always checked in on us. Our issue is that the food and the menu is just "meh." If not bad. Again, it was dirty. Just gross. I told my husband that I would bet that every single food item came in a big frozen bag. Sure enough, we could see the kitchen (so can everyone else) and they were just pouring in huge bags in the fryer. As I said, we've given them several shots. We give up. Their mixed drinks don't taste right either! Horrible. I mentioned that my drink didn't taste right. No apology. Sad. I feel like they're going to miss an opportunity here. We won't return.

The menu says wings smothered in sauce. Mine were dry and no flavor. They charge extra for more sauce. I guess I reco you pay extra. Wings are bland without.
