Pullman Plaza has brought back executive chef Thomas Hickey to replace the aging Coach Pruett Steakhouse, and he has chosen to do so as a tapas grill. Chef Hickey's return is good news to all lovers of fine food. His palate is imaginative and his food is a delight to both tongue and eye.Tapas is a new thing locally. The concept is simple. For $20 you get three tapas "plates" delivered five minutes apart. Each plate contains a small serving of an elegant dish.
