A great gym...I have been a member well over a year now. It's easy to access when you get the hang of entering and exiting the parking garage. Would highly recommend this for anyone in or around the downtown area.Keep up the great job!

Signed up for a 5 day pass online and was told we can't use it because our ID is out of town. I'm moving to the area and wanted to explore gym options before deciding but I definitely won't be signing up here. Very "instagram" aesthetic and seems overhyped.

They offer a free five day pass online. Got to the gym and they wouldn't let me use it because I didn't have a local ID... forced me to pay $20 to workout for an hour. Workout area is aesthetically pleasing. One cable machine... not exactly convenient. Line of people waiting to use it. Locker rooms are odd. Half of it is super nice, the other half looks like they got it at the local high school that went bankrupt and then just slapped some paint on it. Lockers, stalls, unrinals, etc are abused. Need to step it up iff you're going to represent yourself as a high end club.

Be very careful when signing up and make sure the contract is read. I signed up for a year on a special deal and was told that after the year was up, that was it. I have continued to be charged and no longer live near the gym to come by in person, which is how they say you have to cancel. I have called the person in charge of this to no answer and no call back. All that for a gym that, in my opinion, is very overpriced now that I have seen other gyms and what they offer versus their price. Not sure exactly what you pay so much more money versus other gyms for especially considering how hard it has been to get away from them,

Lexington's best gym. They have everything in such a beautiful and trendy spot. Their track, equipment, cardio and cross training areas can't be beat. Plus, it was very quiet and not many people when I have come.

Very nice facility with a great array of classes. Personally my favorites have been Crush (It's 28 min of a circuit and 32 minutes doing intervals on a treadmill) and TKO (13 3 minute rounds on the bag with a minute's rest or active rest in between each one) The instructors are great but I believe the front desk staff are a bit pushy on memberships. Always being in sales, I understand follow-up is vital to get people back in but after my first visit I was followed up with multiple times even though I told the girl that I would probably just visit periodically because I had another gym membership. Also their packages are annual contracts otherwise they are much higher for a month to month. Doing one class after your first free visit is $25. It would be great if they just allowed you to purchase so many classes at once but that's not an option.

I was taking a holiday in Lexington and wanted to get back into going to the gym. More importantly I wanted to learn how to properly lift weights. If you need a personal trainer than I suggest LaMarr. He listened to exactly what I wanted out of the sessions and made sure I wasn't just going through the motions but I was actually learning how to lift. I'm from Miami so it was refreshing to find someone who got into business with no personal talk and who wasn't just trying to build their social media. Honestly proof fitness and LaMarr were a perfect way to spend a month in Lexington!

absolutely disgusting gym. they throw piss soaked mats from under the urinals wherever they want while they mop with disgusting mop water, the steam room is always gross, the dry sauna barely functions, and to top it all off the staff is unwilling to receive feedback let alone act on it. a stair machine has been broken with a sign on it ever since i returned to lexington back in september. they cut down on services like towel service while raising prices and wasting labor costs on front desk staff that don't greet you when you walk in or when you leave or they just sit in the chairs in the locker room instead of cleaning.UPDATE: see photos. yesterday i got very aggressive sounding voicemail from alex newman (owner) and then 24 hours later i get email saying my membership is revoked. i didn't talk to a single staff member between the voicemail and the email. yet, in the message alex left, all he mentions about me is being disappointed - nothing about being rude or aggressive. this is just an instagram gym. great for taking pics but no one really cares about running a gym.

If you are serious about lifting do not come here. In town for the weekend and figured I would try out the free 5 day pass. This gym looks great--like a hotel. That is not what I'm looking for in a gym. The equipment is cheap and the lighting is so bright. It's very hard to focus. This is just a trendy gym and not a serious place to workout. It gets the job done but I would never get a membership--just taking advantage of the free 5 days.
