This grooming studio is an absolute treasure! The owner is incredibly kind and talented! I'm new to the area and taking my elderly Shih Tzu in for grooming to a new place made me very nervous. He's pretty wobbly but we've been so lucky to find wonderful groomers. Due to Covid restrictions, she met me just outside the front door at my appointment time. We talked for a few minutes while she checked out my little guy. Then she scooped him up and said ok, he'll be ready in two hours. She texted a little while later to confirm the price and the time to pick him up.When I got there, he looked gorgeous and smelled delicious!! He was a little tired from the experience but so alert. I can tell that he feels like a million bucks since his haircut. I absolutely love that the grooming is by appointment, he's there by himself and cared for from start to finish by the owner.

I went her based on a recommendation from a friend. She schedules only one dog at a time, which is great. I know my dog is getting her undivided attention. She called me when he was finished and gave me some tips about his skin since I was a new dog owner. My dog was so happy and looked great when I picked him up. Very reasonably priced as well. Her studio was clean. She is great at what she does. I told her a friend recommended her shop and she asked who, I showed her a picture of my friends dog and she knew his name immediately just from the picture. She really loves what she does and cares for the dogs. I'll be a customer for years to come!

I was only in town for the weekend and really needed to find a groomer for my dog. She booked the appointment for me, but on the day of due to traffic I was going to be 20 min late, she asked me to reschedule and when I explained I was only in town for the weekend she told me she was still unable to accommodate me.While I admit being late is not optimal, I was very turned off by her inability to be accommodating and now I am left without the ability to have my dog groomed while I am in town.I can't speak to her grooming skills, but I will not be attempting to rebook with this company ever again.

Today, I came in for my 2:30 appointment and I was told I had called and rescheduled my appointment to Friday. And my 2:30 appointment was given away and said all the groomer said was "isn't that weird?" I had taken vacation time off of work to make it to the Wednesday appointment so I did not change my appointment. When I talked to the groomer, I looked on my phone and the last time that I had talked with her was when I originally made the appointment. She said I called at a later time and rescheduled but I would have had to take more vacation time from work, really? There was no other time...so either someone else called and easily cancelled my appointment or my appointment was cancelled to make room for someone else. Either way, I did not ask for another appointment, I can't take off work AGAIN. So not only was I going to pay to get my dog groomed, I was also missing money by missing work. Quite an expensive endeavor just to get a dog groomed, I don't think she could even understand why I was so upset. My husband also took the afternoon off too to help me get the errands ran and he noted that not once did she say, there must be some misunderstanding or let's try to make this right (to show good customer service). After seeing her indifference about how she treated us, I can assure you I will not be back AND after talking with another pet groomer, the game she just played on me, "the whoops, you were rescheduled, when really, the groomer was overbooked" game is the oldest one in the book.

I took my dog here as a spur of the moment decision after a bad experience I had at another salon in town. She was great with my dog and really seemed to care about him in all aspects, even just personally. She does only take one dog at a time but I believe that just allows her to focus all of her energy into them and then she isn't just rushing to the next "client". Also she was great with my instructions and very precise. Double and triple checking that my dogs nails were just right. Will definitely become a regular customer.

I've taken our Maltipoo to Princess Princess twice and couldn't be happier with the result. Kay schedules only one dog at a time so dogs aren't kept in crates for hours, waiting their turn. In her calm, quiet way she showed her interest in Chloe. The grooming itself was one of the very best ever! We'll be back!
