I bought a Jeep Rubicon about 2 months ago at this dealership. They are ok until after the sale. Then you are on your own. I contacted the salesman many times about I trip peace that is missing on the door, and the wheel lock key was missing. Every time he said he would look into it, but never gets back to me. I had the wheel locks cut off, do to heading to the mountains. I still haven't received the title, at plates. I have been disappointed due to the fact I am told he will look into the door trim, but never goes through with it. If you are just wanting to buy a car they are ok, don't expect service after the sell.

Wish there was zero stars to give. Had my truck taken to this dealership to be worked. If you have a diesel truck take it anywhere else. Took 4 months for them to replace a Duramax engine. Got my truck back and 500 miles later it has over 5 problems leaking coolant oil and boost leaks battery is lose under the hood wires laying over coolant pipes under the hood. Poor service and very bad management. Not helpful in any way all the give you is the run around and excuses for why it takes so long. Could never get a solid answer from anyone. While it was waiting on a engine to be shipped to the dealership they left it outside uncovered so rain and snow made everything rust. After test driving it they cracked the windshield and said it was like that when I dropped it off. Solid place 10/10 you should never take your business here.

This is by far the WORST dealer I've ever dealt with. Bought a Toyota Tacoma and it's been in the shop more than it's been on the road. Within three months with less than 200 miles put on it, the transmission has gone completely out. I bought the warranty but they don't want to fix, it they say it's electrical not mechanical. It's been sitting at my mechanics now for over a month and still not fixed. Paying for insurance on it but not drivable. Such a waste of money and the title has taken over 4 months to come in. The salesman Steven lies to us from the time we walked into the lot. I've called for the manager, Jim Wheeler, several times but he won't return my calls. RUN, RUN far way from this place or you'll regret it the whole time you own your vehicle. This place is a joke, I will never buy another vehicle around here. My next one will be coming from the Lexington area, worth the drive!
