Pitmasters BBQ

I don't really ever give a five star review, but this one's very close to being one. The brisket is tender and delicious spicy barbecue sauce is as good as I've ever had. You can even taste a little bit of the pepper in the sauce. Very limited menu. They do not smoke chicken or other meats only brisket and ribs. They have burgers and other items. So very limited, but this is well worth the trip just for the brisket. Very small establishment, limited seating, not the cleanest looking place but again the small places like this that are typically the best

The ribs were so tender that every bone slipped out so I could not pick it up by the bone. Plus I could cut the meat with a fork. The sauce was deep and smokey. The fries were homemade. The pitmaster was so nice he seemed like he'd do anything for you. This place is on the corner of N Main and E Broadway in Winchester. It's easy to get to and parking is right out the door on E Broadway. I'll definitely be back.

Best ribs I've ever had. Anytime I'm in Winchester I will eat lunch here. 1/2 rack & fresh cut fries. Could eat it everyday.

Brisket sandwich and fries were amazing! The owner is so friendly and talked with us while we ate. Lovely atmosphere and quick service. Highly recommend
