Customer service sucks our washer has been down since dec 26th. They can out 1st Jan 7th. Had to order parts. Cam e back Jan 20th part was bad have to order new part. I called Jan 23 was told part will not be i until feb1 and they can not fix until Feb 3rd. This is one of the wor customer service I have ever dealt with. Do not buy from pieratts. [email protected] Today i called was told part is still eta feb1 I called square trade about my warranty they told me claim has not been started and i need to file a claim with them and start the process for a claim and go from there. Not sure why after 4 weeks why they can not replace the washer.

You could stand behind your merchandise. Bought a ~$1000 KitchenAid 3 years and 2 days ago. The circulation pump went out two days after the warranty expired. No sorry our stuff is crap, we hate this for you, or anything. The cost is $600 to fix. Can't get past the rude front desk. Asked the manager to call but of course no word. Might as well go to the big box corporate stores rather than support more local. Will from now on. Buyer beware is the mantra. If I could a score of zero, I would.

Good products & decent service. The delivery people were not the sharpest pencils in the box. I would have thought they never had done that type of thing before. They stumbled & bumbled their way thru simply replacing my tv & hooking up a sound bar. Isn't that their bare & basic requested job. Follow up. They never contact me any after my first post. I had to keep calling them and complaining. Than come to find out that my icemaker was not on back order. It was being ordered under the wrong part number. So I am finally suppose to be getting my icemaker installed close to three months later.I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came in and purchased over $4000 of appliances. I purchased a washer and dryer set and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The first problem was that my brand new front loading washing and dryer machines had LOTS oily film in the drums AND it SMELLED REALLY BAD like engine oil. So they came out and exchanged the washer and dryer with new ones. Well the washer and dryer that they replaced it with had oil in the barrels too and smelled bad too. All they told me to do is keep running the cycles until the smell and oil goes out of it. They said that apparently in the warehouse they put oil in the drums to keep it from rusting. I purchased them in February and it still smells bad in both drums. And my very expensive dryer is already tearing up.Then, when they were there, bringing my refrigerator they showed up with no ice maker. When I questioned them about what happened to my ice maker they first told me that I didn't pay for it. Then they told me that they didn't have it in stock, and it was on backorder. When I was in store I told them that the ice maker was very important to me and that would be the only way I bought this particular refrigerator. The man reassured me that it was in stock when it was on back order. So I purchased my refrigerator in February and here it is April and still no ice maker. When I call to ask about what happened to it no one has any idea when it's going to be in stock. And they are very hateful when I call and ask about what happened to it. It's like it's an inconvenience to call and ask about what happened to my $100 ice maker. Can someone please deliver and install my freaking icemaker that I paid for in February?! This is absolutely ridiculous. They should refund my money and give it to me for free.

Run! Do not purchase any appliance from Pieratt's! We purchased all our appliances from them. Their service department is horrible! They take 3-4 weeks for an appointment. You take off work for their appointment time and then they arrive without the parts to make the repair. I've tried to get a warranty processed and it's been over a month with no progress for our refrigerator. Mind you we have an extended warranty. I will never purchase anything from them again and I do not suggest you spend your money there.

The service and price here were unbelievable! They price match with no problem! Xan was our sales rep and we will call him everytime first with any appliance, furniture, or bedding needs! ...and they service their own products! We purchased a refrigerator and James was awesome delivering it! It really took a lot of stress out of purchasing our new appliance!

We spent over 70K on appliances for a renovation in Albany, KY. Customer service was very poor. They totally bailed on installation that we paid for. They seem to not care about the customer. Once they get their money they abandon the customer. No follow through. The Pieratts experience was so bad I will not recommend them to anyone I know.

So disappointed in the decline of the service department. Customers for 40 years, we have purchased ALL of our large appliances there and until recently the service has been excellent. Our dryer needed a new heating element. My husband called on Wednesday and was told the soonest they could work us in would be Monday. Five days later I'm up to my neck in dirty clothes and wet towels. I'm up at 7am awaiting a call from the technician that never came. At 9am I called the Service department to inquire and the young woman told me our appointment was the following Monday! I told her no, we were simply told "Monday" which we took as the next Monday, not a week from Monday. She became rude and defensive and said there was "no way" that "they" would have scheduled it that soon as they work 3 weeks out. Aside from the obvious math error (the following Monday would have been 12 days, not 3 weeks) I don't doubt the appointment In their system was the following Monday. It was a communication error on her part for which I never even received an apology. I called the main office and spoke with a very nice manager who patiently listened to my rant and assured me the service manager would call me directly (he is the reason for my 2 star review instead of 1 star). Unfortunately, I never received that call. Nada. Nothing. Ended up calling Mr. Appliance. Our appointment was the very next day. I received a text confirmation with a photo and name of the technician, and a 2-hour window of arrival. One arm and leg later (they charged double what it should have been, but that's another story) our dryer is fixed. My advice to Pieratt's is, if this is your established service level just stop bragging about it. It was a miscommunication. ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS CALL AND APOLOGIZE. By ignoring me you think I'll go away. And you're right.

Just purchased a compact Bosch washer and dryer and couldn't be happier! It was our first time buying a compact front loader and really wanted to see the actual size in person before buying. Called or went to several other stores, but no one had floor models. This store had three! We've had our units now for a week, and are so impressed with their performance. They are the best washer and dryer we've ever had! Our salesperson, Joe, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back soon for a stove replacement.

I went into the store on October 3, 2023 searching for a gas stove. In this search the salesman (go) said I would get a better price if I purchased another appliance. He suggested the microwave. I decided to do that. The appliances were delivered by Pieratt's on October 26, 2023. The contractor I hired to install gas lines and install appliances, installed them without any problems. I registered the stove and dishwasher by scanning the QR code. The microwave QR code showed invalid code. Several times I scanned the QR code without success. I called Pieratt's and explained why I called. The call was sent to service. The appointment was for December 11, 2023 between 3pm to 6pm. I called Samsung customer service, talked with a representative and she asked for the QR code. I read it to her a couple times because she said it wasn't valid code. The warranty expired March of 2023. She asked if they sold me the unit as a new unit. I responded yes. I asked how could that be. I purchased October 3. She asked for serial number and model number and said she would extend warranty to October 2024. Pieratt's sold me a used or old microwave unit as a new unit. I don't understand why I was sold a used microwave.
