I've bought nearly all my appliances from Pieratt's since 1981. It's the only place I'd seriously consider buying from, until recently. I bought all new kitchen appliances from Pieratt's 7 years ago. It's not their fault my appliances are not holding up any better than they are. I'll never buy nor recommend Frigidaire Gallery again. My microwave went out last week, and was told it would be a month before they could schedule me for service. I had not planned to fix it, I replaced it at Pieratt's. Today my oven went out. I'm pretty sure it's a fan but they are scheduling 22 days out for Lexington, longer outside Lexington. I said never mind, the wait is too long. I saw the value in them having their own service department but the wait is ridiculous. Beware, part of their sales pitch is they have their own service department. I'm not seeing the value of waiting a month.

My husband and I have bought several appliances from Pieratt's and have been very satisfied with our overall experience and items purchased. Both times we've shopped at Pieratt's we've been greeted at the door and helped right away working one on one with a salesman. The salesmen have seemed upfront and knowledgeable about the products, guiding us to what appliance will be the best for for us. From doing some price comparisons online, their prices are pretty consistent with what you'd be paying at Home Depot or a bigger store. Delivery and installation with all appliances was a smooth and easy process too! Like their jingle promises- "Nobody beats Pieratt's!"

Look, times are still tough. These are local guys working hard to find extra help, and working with manufacturing delays, shipping delays, and high demand - and I know they are turning business away right now, but the technicians and staff they have is working hard to keep our appliances up and going. They do an excellent job communicating timeframes, and really do put in the extra effort to ensure the job is done right. I've always been very happy with their salesmen, their technicians and their delivery/installers. Give them a shot.

My fridge went out at 9 pm on Thursday night. I scrambled to give away or store things on ice, and went to Pieratt's the next mornng. The sales guy was great and he helped me locate a replacement that was available. Monday morning Zach, Tayshaun, and Scott brought the new appliance out. They carted off the old refridgerator and installed the new one in record time. What a relief! Everyone from sales to service, delivery and installation were top notch. It's the reason I wouldn't go anywhere other than Pieratt's in Lexington Kentucky.

Was needing a new washer.Went in to Pieratt's & was looking at washers for a couple minutes.Sales guy stopped by to check on us.Answered our questions pretty well & helped us decide on a SpeedQueen.Was delivered & hooked up 2 days later.Easy transaction & friendly service.Would definitely recommend Pieratt's.

I found exactly the kitchen range I was looking for at Pieratt's. I paid the extra charge for delivery. Then my headaches started. The installers installed a 6ft gas line with the range. When I commented that the 6ft line was probably 5ft more than they needed they replied "this is the one we use." After they finished I noticed the range was 3 inches away from the wall and stuck out the same distance into the kitchen from the edge of the counter top. The installers replied I could call the sales associate for a trim piece that is commonly provided with the model I purchased. The installers then left after testing the unit. When I called the sales associate, Chris K. he indicated that the installers told him the electrical box behind the range was improperly installed. I mentioned that the excessively long gas line was coiled behind the range and was preventing the unit from being located flush with the countertop edge AND the electrical box was not an impediment to the previous range placement. The sales associate replied "Well, that is what my installers told me and you'll probably need to move the electrical box." The next day, with a minor amount of exertion and no tools I slide the range out coiled the long gas line under the until and replaced the range so the edge was flush with the edge of the counter top.Bottom Line: The installation and follow up service from Pieratt's was "junior varsity"

This is for informational purposes for anyone seeking a review before their purchase. I bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer on 9/25/22. It arrived with small dings and a small dent. The salesman, Eric, stated that I had received the last of the washer and dryer and they were back ordered. He offered a small refund of $90. I approved it. Model TR3, was the washer, Model DR3, was the dryer. I purchased it because it is supposed to be top of the line. Within 3 days the washer stopped working, with a lot of water in the tub. A repairman came out within approx. 3 days (after consternation on my part). A part was needed. He stated that in 17 years this was only the 3rd time that he had repaired a Speed Queen, "their top of the line". It showed me how to unplug and ground the washer so that it would work. I was able to do a few loads of laundry, before the hack quit working. While doing these few loads, the dryer then started making a load noise, I called the salesperson and he scheduled a new dryer to be delivered. I believe it was only a few days to receive it. The repairman had told me that it would take approx. 2 weeks to receive the part for the washer, so no laundry for over a week. I was pleased when it took about a week, BUT it would take 2 weeks to schedule the repairman. The day before he was due to come I received an automated message that he would be at my home the following afternoon...the problem? they had scheduled me for a morning appt. I was not going to be home in the afternoon. They couldn't accommodate me, even after speaking with a manager who spoke to the VP of service. I told the salesperson to have it picked up for return and refund. It took them a week to come and get it. So...another week with no laundry being done. I called the salesperson this morning, one week and 1 day after pick up, 11/3/22, because I have not received a refund. I purchased an LG set from Lowe's and it works and delivery was fast!
