This place was WONDERFUL! Great selection of mats and frames, knowledgable and experienced staff, and absolutely incredible service. I had a painting framed for my fiance's birthday, which happened to fall on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, and I was out of town until the Saturday night before so I couldn't pick it up mid-week when it was ready. Instead of making me (and my fiance) wait until Tuesday during normal store hours, they opened the store on Sunday morning just for us so we could pick it up- and it was beautiful! We just moved to Kentucky from California and I had 8 big portraits / artwork to frame and no idea who to call. Thank goodness I found Picture Perfect. Gerald asked all the right questions about where the pieces would be displayed and how, and made excellent suggestions. Some needed UV glass, some needed no glass at all, and we even had a really old map that required lots of extra care. Gerald also told me the pieces would be finished in about 2 and 1/2 weeks but they were all done early!! Now I'm at home with them all and everything looks gorgeous in our new Kentucky home. I can't thank Picture Perfect enough.

They did an amazing job on my oversized poster. Recommended special treatment that will help preserve the poster over time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Gerald and Rebecca did a great job making name tags and a memorial board for my 50th class reunion. They were very creative in the design,using my school colors and our senior pictures. They were an impressive addition to the reunion. Thanks so much.
