In and out service. I love their bubble tea - I drink one anytime I come here for a yelp event or just when I'm craving a tea. The food is also good if you're into what they sell ! The owner is nice and so is the staff.

Food halls have become quite popular and there are three within a short drive of my house. The newest is Gatherall at Factory 52. This location has over a dozen food stalls plus multiple bar options. The first food stall I tried was Phat Bánh Mì.The staff working was very friendly and helped explain the menu as needed. I watched from a nearby table as orders were quickly prepared and text messages sent to hungry patrons.I tried the Lemongrass Chicken Bánh Mì with lemongrass chicken on a toasted baguette with pickled daikon, pickled carrots, cucumber, cilantro, jalapenos, and Vietnamese mayo served with potato or shrimp chips ($13). This was a good sandwich and very filling. I'm not an expert on Bánh Mì but I really enjoyed the flavor combinations, especially the pickled vegetables and the mayo was a nice touch.

This is very far from what a bánh mì is, ordered 4 different kinds within my family and we could not even eat it. Maybe if you had no idea what an authentic Vietnamese sandwich is you can eat this. Flavor is so... honestly can't even describe it in a good manner. Definitely do not recommend. It's suited for Mỹ trắng tastebuds.

We were not able to go to the recent Yelp event at Phat Banh Mi but we saw photos afterwards and knew we had to go ASAP! We talked to the guy at the counter for a bit and asked his recommendation on which Banh Mi to get because they all sounded so good. We're happy we took his advise and got the Lemongrass Pork-it was excellent! The pork, itself was delicious, but it was also packed with crunchy fresh veggies-pickled daikon & carrots, cucumbers, jalapeños, and cilantro.We also liked the shrimp and pork spring rolls. The balance of the shrimp and pork was perfect.Kudos to whoever designed their booth; I really like the look of it. The bike on the front and the tin roof made them stand out from some of the other restaurants at The Gathering.We will definitely return. In fact, we're already planning to go back with friends and try more menu items!

I went here for a Yelp event about two months back and absolutely loved their food! Im completely infatuated with their mango fruit tea and summer rolls! I've had a lot of summer rolls in my life and I think these have to be the best I've had!The service here is top tier! They have both one on one customer service and device ordering services in person! All the staff is super friendly and personable.As for the ambiance, it's usually a pretty medium-high volume place because it's in a food court setting. It isn't so loud that you can't take with others, but it can be difficult if you're hard of hearing.Overall, Phat Bahn Mi is a paragon of customer service and has phenomenal bahn mi!

Stopped in to try my first ever bubble tea while walking around Factory 52. The worker was so friendly and helpful in explaining bubble tea to me and the many different flavors and options. I don't think bubble tea is for me personally, but it was a great experience and I would come back to try some food from here.

Everything I've tried here is so good. Today I had the five spice pork belly noodles - their pork belly is amazing. Their bahn mis are delicious too. I want to return and try the pho but had a hard time justifying $18 for it. They also do tofu well!

Everything was fantastic! In town for work and wanted to check out the food hall. I stopped by here twice, everything is made fresh to order and delicious. They are also running a lunch special at gatherall, where the stands offer $10 specials. Phat Banh Mi's is a papaya salad and half a banh mi. It was great, if I lived in town, I'd be here all the time!

I have yet to visit Vietnam, however eating at an establishment owned and operated by a native son ... The staff were AMAZING and respected that I don't eat pork and provided beef and chicken bahn mi options. Bring your kids, date night or solo love this place. The atmosphere is casual or as classy as you want it to be.
