Penn Station

Pen Station has the best fries off top! I tried the Ghost Pepper steak sandwich, it was delicious. The sweet tea was great, service fast and friendly, the interior clean and modern. If you are ever in Radcliff check out Penn Station!

First time, in town for work. Small ghost pepper cheesesteak (limited time special) with a small order of fries. Fries are fresh cut and near perfect; decently salted, hardly greasy, decent crisp across the majority, very well sized. Sandwich was quite good, bread is great with a nice toast on the outside and soft on the inside. Good ratio of peppers, mushrooms and all such things. Not as spicy as I expected by the "ghost pepper" name and probably for the best, but certainly noticeable. Could've done for a little more meat on the sandwich for the bread-to-meat ratio but plenty respectable and didn't leave me hungry at the end. Absolutely will look to return if our here again.

I felt welcomed just walking in. Greeter took my order and then began working on building my custom Dagwood. Down at the other end a cashier took my payment and poured my lemonade. Dining room was clean and well kept as a lady was busy sweeping. Order was made accurately and quickly. Overall great sandwich and good service this visit.

Fries were great 4 stars for just the fries. Store really needs an update and heat was on but at 57 so bring a winter clothes like gloves and a winter coat 1 Star for atmosphere . It says they are remodeling so hopefully it will be an appropriate temperature also. People were friendly 5 star but the bill was high for the food 2 star for value. We got 2 sandwiches 1 cookie 1 drink and 1 fries and it was $29.65. They would not take a $50 they said thei policy was to not accept anything over a $20 bill 1 star for easy to pay..

The food is good here.we did alot of take out . Everyone liked what they ordered.Wait staff is good

I didn't care for this place too much and they got my order completely wrong. The best part is the fries they are fresh and come with malt vingar. The sandwich was pretty basic to me.

Wtf they got going on here... i go to the register and shorty talking bout... $61.38... WHATTT?!?? three people are eating and it cost $61?????

I fell in love with this place in Franklin Indiana but created an expectation that this place couldn't even relate to. Flavorless and no I don't have COVID. It wasn't anything I hoped to pay for. Service was barely a thing and I believe self service would have been equally appealing. The place was a bit small and uninviting. It's Radcliffe so it is what it is.

Terrific food. I like the consistency of this place. You always know what your going to get. Very fast, very fresh, very tasty.

This review should not be considered as a poor reflection of the restaurant chain. Penn Stations food is great. My experience with this location has been terrible with who I assume is a supervisor or manager. I recently went in to buy 10 of their cookies. I asked if I could have a cookie tray (just the plastic tray) so I could drop them off as a present to a local office. The employee asked the manager on duty and the manager told me those cost her and she can't just give those out. I told here a lot of other stores give them to me, especially when I'm spending 30-50 dollars in cookies. Her response was then I should probably be going to those penn stations instead of that one. She was overall hateful and rude. I'm not entirely sure why. I even offered to pay for the trays if price was really that much of an issue. I spend roughly $500 dollars every December for penn station cookies as Christmas presents to clients and I always have a great interaction with most penn station staff. I cant speak to how the rest of the staff at Radcliff penn station are, but I think I will take this manager/supervisors advice and I will be shopping at other penn stations in the future.
