Party Paradise

Party Paradise has been my go-to for my kids birthday parties. And especially after seeing their great customer service, I'm upgrading my review to five stars. This past weekend I was in a rush and was in need of some Minecraft balloons ... ya know, as one does. They immediately showed me what they had, which worked perfectly. And I was out the door with three Mylar balloons and half of a dozen of regular balloons in less than 10 minutes.I used to have to pick up balloons a lot when I planned events, and I know the time suck that can come from someone slowly inflating several balloons. That was not the case at all here. They were friendly, and asked me questions about when my party was to determine if the balloons needed to have Hi-Float in them to last longer. I also got to peek at the rest of their selection. For not a huge space, it is chock full of party decorations, costumes and more. This is a great spot to go when in need of some extra party pizzazz!

Our first visit wasn't a disappointment! Today we browsed the shopping strip where Party Paradise is located. So while we weren't in the market for something particular, I found a spot to shop for a variety of party themes. Currently Halloween is in full effect, including animatronics and stand ups. Some is cute but much more is the scarier side of decorations and I love it. Other standouts included glow parties, derby themes, gaming parties, camping themes and science parties. The aisles are bursting with items big and small for decorating. Looking for balloons? So so many here, including the large numbers. Lots of basics for parties as well - plates, cups, utensils, etc. They have a party room for rent. It's a decent size. Be mindful of the requirements to purchase their products if you're decorating. Tons of parking due to the shared space of stores and restaurants. I'll be bringing my family back for future party needs and ideas.

Shop local! We've been using party paradise for balloons for several years and they always meet expectations! So many options and friendly staff.

I always shopped at Party Paradise until they decided they wont allow returns. Looks like we will be spending our birthday party money else where. Its a shame. This is a great example of why amazon is taking over. In the end I ended up just giving Party Paradise their party supplies since they wont honor returns.

We went to get balloons at party city. 'No helium' the sign read. What a let down. (Hehe) Yelped up the next closest place and found party paradise. Super nice gentleman picked up the phone and said he had helium and all the supplies we'd need! First thought: That store is so clean! Super helpful couple up front. Even helped with how the balloon bunch should look and tips for getting the most bang for our buck with helium and a birthday surprise 2 days away. They were so patient while we combed the store for all the party loot (mostly me and my having to look at every shiny object haha) which we didn't have to do because they knew exactly if they had it and where it was. I wish I could remember their names but we'll be back ma'am and sir! And look! We are telling everyone about y'all.

We love the yearly tradition of going to get balloons and a helium tank for our daughter's birthday. I only know there are more colors of balloons than I ever imagined possible. There's new stuff every year and the staff is very responsive and helpful. The store is immaculate and it's like a birthday adventure that we look forward to as her birthday approaches. Great selection and prices. Party Paradise is top shelf!

At least one of their employees is racist, that's one too many. I took my children in there to look for something. They were with me the whole time and hardly touched a thing. As we were walking out the door an employee had a handful of random crop and asked me "were you not going to purchase this?" I was confused and asked my kids, who were also perplexed, if any of them had happened to touch the stuff she had. I was pretty positive they hadn't but I thought maybe one of them had. They said no, so I had her repeat herself and asked why she thought we were going to purchase that stuff because none of us even touched it. She obviously found it laying around the store and was trying to be passive aggressive, because we were leaving and we obviously weren't going to buy that stuff. My children are black, it's every other race of people (especially white) who don't discipline their children. Yes I am white, but I am sure if my children were white that it would be a different experience. I have been in there before with them and felt uncomfortable, but after that I now know. I have been shopping with my children for 14 years and this is the only place that has been obviously racist. My oldest 2 children pointed out that they have felt weird in there in the past and they thought that lady was trying to accuse them because of their race. We laughed about it because it was SO ridiculous and there's a million other places to shop.

Gail and the team were amazing from the moment I walked into place my balloon order, until the day the balloons were delivered! Our daughter's sweet 16th birthday celebration would not have been the same without the beautiful arches, garland and table top centerpieces. The quality is like nothing I've ever seen and we appreciated the on time delivery as well! Thank you Party Paradise!
