Parsley's General Tire

My truck started making a noise on a Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend. They are one of the few places open on Saturday so they were able to look at it Saturday morning. They got me back on the road even with them being short staffed. Very friendly people. I was just passing through London so they knew I wasn't able to wait around until Tuesday for repairs. Thanks guys

I love this company. Best place in London to get tire work done. These people are the only place I will take our cars to to get tire work done. Dependable experienced and knowledgeable. Way better than other competitors is the area

Absolutely incredible customer service! We got stuck with a flat on the way to vacation and Parsley's got us right in and fixed up. The whole team was nothing but kind and accommodating.

Got us in and out of the door in 30 minutes and greeted us as soon as we got in the door! They saved our trip to Tennessee from a flat tire! Unexpected visit but no wait ! Thank you !!!

Extremely slow service (1 hour wait) and it took 5 minutes for them to finish!!! I do not recommend going here, unless you want to wait 1+ hours.

A nail to the tire will always derail your trip, but the guys at Parsley's are always quick and efficient with quality work. Every time I go there, I'm treated like family and taken care of. There's a reason they stay busy!

stop to get my breaks checked last week. Already had both sets of brakes and front rotors because I was fairly center all needed changed. The guy running around the front area of the shop at first seemed helpful and got me in fast even being busy. He ask what was going on and I said the noise has gotten worse the last couple of days and he shot back with "so you wait until it's bad and then bring it to us" and walked away (strike #1). He returns later and says "the front brakes are shot and the back brakes are almost shot.....probably not safe to keep driving." I told him I figured that and the replacements are in the back seat. He said "You have your own stuff? We don't do that here" and turns and walks away without another word......(strike #2). The guy that actually did the inspection comes up very politely and told me he was sorry he couldn't help and tells me my car is outside and the keys are in it. Four days later, I find another shop and can take me in. When they were about to remove my tire, he comes back to me and informs me two of the lug nuts on the front are missing.....(strike #3). Total interest lost after they saw I was not buying the replacement parts from them. to be honest, if I had known that before hand, I would have purchased the parts from them. I thought I was saving everyone including myself time. Live and learn, I guess.This is my very first Yelp review but felt it was warranted

Every time I come here they get me right in. Quick, polite, good work. Fixed a punctured tire. Patched it, "We don't do plugs". Good price. They even put the spare back under the truck. (this is the worst part)

I have a slow leak in my tire, so I called to try making an appointment or to ask if I could come in. I called and said something like, "Hi, I have a slow leak in my tire and was wondering if I could come in some time to get that fixed?" and the (very bored sounding) woman who answered mumbled something, but I couldn't tell what she said. I asked, "I'm sorry, could you repeat that?" and then she hung up on me. I called back a minute or so later, thinking maybe it was an accident? I said "Hi, I just called about my tire leaking?" and once again, she hung up on me. I called back again right after, and this time she didn't even answer the phone.I wondered if maybe I called the wrong number, but when I called the first two times I was greeted with the woman saying the store name, so I didn't call the wrong number...

They are just wonderful! I called about a hour out and they got me in quickly. From the boss to the young men working on the tires everyone was great! Can't recommend them enough!
