Popped in for a sweet treat. Large indoor space with lots of seating. Assorted pastries, hard scoop ice cream, mochi ice cream, and other menu items. Mochi ice cream--so good! The texture of the mochi was soft and chewy and it wasn't too sweet. Choose 2 or 4 pieces. We tried salted caramel, vanilla chip, matcha, and espresso--ranked in that order from my fav to least fav. Would def go back to try other things!

I wish I could remember which type of boba we chose, but unfortunately, I don't. The flavors didn't quite hit the mark for us, but that may have been our mistake in selection. I'm confident there are other flavors on the menu that we would thoroughly enjoy. While we didn't get a chance to try any of the pastries or food items this time, I'm already planning to return with my oldest daughter. I think she would genuinely enjoy exploring the variety of treats they offer! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the space itself is cozy and inviting--perfect for a relaxed visit. I'm looking forward to giving it another try!

I had been wanting to try this place and it was super yummy. A fun concept and a huge menu. The menu can be a little confusing but not too bad. We had a delicious milk tea. My bun was so delicious I will get it again! My husband got the steak platter and it was supposed to come with a baguette but they said they were out so they gave him rice. But then the people who ordered after us got a baguette so my husband was really disappointed. He would have waited if he knew they were baking more.

My friends and I went to Paris Banh Mi & Bakery for boba after going out for dinner. I love how bright the place is and they had it decorated for winter with lights. The smells of the fresh baked bread and food were amazing. It wasn't very busy and we walked right in and placed our orders at the counter. They were ready in minutes! The price is very reasonable and there's tons of different boba to order (as well as other things). I got fruit tea as I can't have any dairy. I got the peach and the peach popping boba extra sweet. I can't remember which of the milk teas my friends had but everyone was happy. I need to go back!

Paris Banh Mi Bakery in Louisville is a delightful spot for a quick and delicious meal. I tried the grilled pork banh mi, and it was fantastic. The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, complementing the flavorful and tender grilled pork. The fresh vegetables added a nice crunch and balance to the sandwich.I also had the Thai Boba tea, which was refreshing and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness and a generous serving of boba. The atmosphere is inviting, and the service is prompt and friendly. Parking is street parking, so be prepared to find a spot nearby. Overall, Paris Banh Mi Bakery offers a wonderful dining experience that I highly recommend.

This bakery Vietnamese modern bakery has evolved tremendously since its opening and now includes full blown Vietnamese - modern food menu including Pho, Sandwiches, Lemon grass noddle dishes and others. That's in addition to the desserts, baked goodies, ice creams, teas and coffee and other merchs. I stopped by yesterday since I never tried their pho before and it was acceptable. Not great, not bad. The summer roll was truly delicious. The service is here is order standing and pick your food on a tray once your number is called, which I was reluctant about initially, especially carrying a hot bowl and other plates but it was served a beautiful wooden tray you can easily carry your desired seating. I wish they had chili sauce and hoisin sauce available by the utensils or on the table but that's not there. Great spacious ambience for groups, dates or family. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to other Vietnamese establishment. Will come back. As always Bon appetit!

Paris Banh Mi & Bakery is like a new puppy - adorable, energetic, and all over the place all the time all at once. I was immediately, delightfully overwhelmed upon entering as there is SO much to see - several bakery cases filled with gorgeous pastries, a cooler with ice cream and mochi (both vegan and non-vegan), and an extensive, brightly colored, animated menu board featuring not only appetizers, phở, salads, bánh mìs, and entrees, but also corn dogs, bubble tea, and milkshakes.Luckily the gentleman at the counter was able to talk me down and gently offer assistance in my time of undecidedness. I ordered the lemongrass tofu with rice; my dining companion ordered the same except with noodles. Interestingly the dishes are prepared differently depending on whether you choose the rice or noodle option. Rice comes with two eggs (over medium to hard); noodles comes with egg rolls. Both were delicious; the accompanying sour vegetables were refreshing and the special sauce is 100%.The restaurant is arranged with areas for connecting with a larger group of friends (grouping of comfy, plush chairs) as well as smaller regular and raised tables for dining in. Pricing is very reasonable for a trendy, new Vietnamese place on Bardstown Road. I'm looking forward to returning to try the vegetarian phở, a tofu bánh mì, and maybe some vegan mango mochi.

Actually had a decent time eating here. Atmosphere was nice, so many options for foods and desserts. Was sad to see the C health score which is a big reason the rating isn't higher. The dough inside my Korean corn dog also wasn't cooked all the way through, very doughy in some parts. Up to trying again in the future, hopefully with a better rating next time.

Paris Banh Mi is one of my favorite spots in Louisville. It is always a great place to hang out with boba and eat some good food. This time, I got a grilled pork banh mi, original half mozzarella half sausage corn dog, and a taro milk tea.The banh mi was very good. The portion was large and satisfied me. The corn dog was alright. The batter seemed a little undercooked, but a decent bite. The taro milk tea was great, and they have a very good selection of boba.Paris Banh Mi is one of my go-to spots to just hang out and talk with friends. You order at a kiosk and pickup your own food so the service is always very good. I love just coming here with friends to get boba and talk, or ordering something off their menu if I need a quick bite. It's very spacious and has lots of seating for small and large groups. They also have a bakery with delicious baked goods you can order as well! All in all, it is an excellent place that has good food and great boba, perfect as an environment to spend time hanging out with friends!
