Pan Asian Chinese-Japanese Restaurant

Great food and fast service. We love visiting pan Asian later at night. They are always very nice when we come in.

This was a good spot for lunch. My family wanted chinese food and ordered here for the first time. We drove 30 minutes to pick it up and it was still steamy hot by the time we got home. Nice customer service, and they even gave us some free egg rolls. I would recommend this place if you haven't tried it. Tasty and affordable.

This place is an Owensboro Asian secret. Love the food here. Prices are great. I get hibachi vegetables and they are as good as any I've had. It's in a strip mall, which is stereotypical to not being good, but do not be fooled.

Not what it used to be. I do not live in Owensboro, but am in town a few times a year for work. This is usually my "go-to" lunch spot. After my experience today, however, I will most likely not be back. First, they no longer offer sushi. This is the main reason I used to come here. The Owensboro Roll was one of my favorites of any sushi restaurant I've been to. I was very sad when I discovered they no longer offer sushi. I decided to go ahead and order normal Chinese food since I've always had great luck here and wanted to be loyal. I ordered the General Tso lunch and an egg roll appetizer. The lunch came with soup, fried rice, and the General Chicken. I also ordered unsweetened tea. The tea came and I found it to taste old. It had obviously been sitting around for a while and not fresh. Then, just a few moments later, the rest of my meal arrived. Granted, it was fast, but then in order to keep my chicken from getting cold, I had to eat my soup very quickly. I question how quickly it came out. Was it pre-prepared? It was a little "too" quick, if you know what I mean. Lastly, my fortune cookie was stale. All in all, it was a cheap lunch, but that was just it. Cheap price, cheap tastes. I came in expecting to pay for a couple sushi rolls and spend $20-$25 I was ok with that. Unfortunately, what I got was a lackluster meal that cost $9. Some days I want a cheap lunch, but today I wanted a good meal and was willing to pay for it. I'll definitely be willing to check out the other Asian cuisine offerings in Owensboro next time. Pan Asian is just not what it used to be. :(

Our food was awesome. Had the Sweet and Sour Pork combination platter with fried rice, egg roll, hot and sour soup and a side order of Crab Rangoon. Very reasonable price, great tasting fresh made food. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant!

If you order to-go over the phone, make sure they actually put the order in!!! I came in a hurry on my lunch break from work and ordered ahead. Got there and my order had not been placed and I didn't have enough time to wait for them to make it without being late for work. The one who took my order pretended like she did not know what I was talking about ,probably because she did not want to get in trouble by the owner, but she knows she took my order. Sadly, I had to go the rest of the day at work without eating, and I was not a happy about that. Waste of gas and time!! Overall, this place offers okay food, especially for Owensboro which doesn't have a big variety of food places to choose from.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in my opinion. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, they always have a "A" rating from the health inspectors, and they are never packed inside (not yet anyways) so you can get in and eat with no wait. Not to mention bang for your buck! This will continue to be my favorite Asian food choice in town!

If this is the best Chinese food in Owensboro then the others would have to be serving rotted cat meat. Ordered General Tso's chicken. I've had it several ways - most often its spicy. This was full of cinnamon. At least that's what I think it was. No doubt about it - this is the worst Chinese food I've EVER tasted

There is one word that describes both the food and the service at PanAsian, mediocre. This is based on 3 visits at different times of day.

Watch your cards & amounts here people!Also as I stated before, food was gross, oily and not traditional Cantonese Chinese. Who puts hamburger meat in an egg roll?
