Off the Rails Tasting Room and Wine Depot

First off to help others this place isn't strictly a winery as it may seem. They do do tastings but also have many different selections of beverages including beer, wine, and cocktails which is even better! Also, the atmosphere is nice and spacious will very good and friendly bartenders and service! They even have Singo and Trivia throughout the week with Happy Hours. Cool spot I'd say!

What a great place. I was one beginning to wonder where my GPS was taking us but once we turned the corner, I saw the cute building and was relieved to find it. The owners were really nice and friendly, and you could really tell that they took a lot of pride in there business. We came to do the wine tasting, but they don't do the wine tastings when the live music is playing. So we opted for the beer flights. we enjoyed all of ours and got a charcuterie board to go with it. Music was great. The bar was really clean and fresh looking. Even the restrooms were super clean. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

This place is literally off the railroad track and is a hidden gem. Kinda hard to find! I have never heard of the place and was told they open in March 2020 haha. They have several wine flavors and for me, I like sweet fruity wines. I felt compelled to do the wine tasting for 5 flights and all of the wines were all delicious. The flights were $11 and I even got a wine glass, so it was very reasonable!! One that surprised me was the Karen wine (lemon wine) and the PUMPKIN wine which was very fitting for fall! The charcuterie board really hit the spot. I highly recommend checking this place out and just having a taste or two of their wine. They even had a trivia night which I didn't stay for!

The name of this place is so appropriate because that is exactly how I felt after drinking their whiskey tasters like a shot instead of sample LOLReally cool spot to get together in groups and they were having trivia night the evening my family and I stopped by. We wanted to try a variety of local and expensive whiskeys through the tasting sets. There's outdoor patio seating too which was nice to enjoy some fresh air but one of the patio smells as a designated smoking spot. There's plenty of indoor seating too and bathrooms are clean.They sell food here too but we didn't order any. But when you order drinks, you have to go to the bar and order them. They don't come to you but you go up to them.I'd love to go "off the rails" again here next time I'm in KY hahaha

This was our 3rd time coming in, but I have no clue why there haven't been at least 30 trips by now! This is definitely one of those hidden gems and when you make it here, you'll know why.They have a little bit of everything for everyone. We stopped in on Saturday for their Cider Days event. There were 8 various ciders on tap and you could get flights and mix and match to try them all. They also do wine flights and mimosa flights. On the weekends they do brunch as well. Along with beer and wine, there's a full bar with a pretty big variety of bourbon. It's so cute inside and staff are always warm and friendly. We will definitely not wait as long to go again!

First time visiting and we couldn't say enough good things about this place. Where can you get locally made wines, beers and bourbons. The service was very friendly and welcoming. This place is a hidden gem! We will definitely be coming back!

We found this place on a random Tuesday night in December of last year and have been coming back ever since. The owners Kenny and Denise are so down to earth and greet us by name every time we come in. Megan is always bartending and has the best recommendations. We feel like family when we come in for a visit. They have a great selection of draft beers from local breweries including Gallant Fox and West 6th. The flights come in a set of 4 on a cute train track stand to fit the theme of the establishment name. They also have two frozen drinks, a wine slushee and a bourbon slushee. Both are amazing. They also serve food and snacks such as pulled pork sandwiches with chips, nachos, pretzel bites with cheese dipping sauce, and charcuterie boards. Every week they do trivia on Tuesdays and Singo (Bingo with songs) on Wednesdays. I've since moved away from the area and will greatly miss this place. It is one of my favorite places to go out for a casual drink. Please stop by and check this place out - I guarantee you'll have a great time!
