The food and atmosphere were amazing. We couldn't have asked for a more attentive waiter. This was our first visit and we will be back. The mashed potatoes are delicious, probably the best I've had from a restaurant. The chicken Alfredo was absolutely delicious.

I came here on a Saturday for lunch and it was pretty empty. We ordered the Barbara salad, Biehl Streer brussel sprouts, and sweet potato waffle fries. The salad was good. The fries were a little too overcooked and the dip it came with wasn't really a dipping sauce. It was cold and too thick to dip cinnamon butter. Most places have this as a glaze texture and a lot easier to dip. The sprouts were cooked in a balsamic dressing with goat cheese, pecans, and bacon. Unfortunately they used bacon bits instead of real bacon so the saltiness and weird flavor of the bits took over the dish. A few adjustments and these would be good dishes. Overall the place was clean and the wait staff was nice and attentive.

We stopped here for lunch before a bowling tournament and were really happy. I had the black bean soup and grilled salmon, he had a blackened fish sandwich and a margarita. Service was really good and the food was solid. I especially liked their dessert, which was a salted Caramel butter cake. We would definitely eat there again. Nice menu variety for any kind of dietary need.

First trip here and I will be back. I was greeted and sat quickly. Since it was my first time here my waitress Ashley was patient enough to explain menu items to me and suggested some of her favorites. I was in the mood for a sandwich so I ordered the chicken sandwich she suggested and was not disappointed. It was hot, fresh, delicious and loaded with cheese and bacon yum. The jalapeño ranch she wanted me to try is a new favorite. It was a great visit, Ashley was wonderful and I'll be adding this to my select few places I'll be frequenting.

Good food, good service, and pleasant surroundings. I am super picky about tartar sauce, and Nick and Toms is top notch. The server handled our group with ease. Fast service with a smile. The fish in my sandwich was flavorful and flakey. The fries were hot and crispy. I enjoyed every aspect of my experience today.

As Nick & Tom's website indicates, they have been a west side tradition since 1988. I have eaten there numerous times over the years as it is one of the closest restaurants to my in-laws' house. They often are packed solid on weekend evenings, including my most recent visit with my wife. We took a few minutes without the kids to have a quieter dinner date while the kids played with their grandparents. Surprisingly we found a wait for a table on a random Saturday in January. But we were able to find a table in the bar by the time we ordered a drink at the bar.My wife and I shared the Biehl Street Sprouts ($10) with crispy Brussels sprouts, bacon, pecans, and goat cheese. These were delicious and I highly recommend them! The Brussels sprouts alone would have been good but add in the smoky bacon with the sweeter pecans and goat cheese and these should not be skipped!For dinner, I had the Mediterranean Pasta with chicken ($13.50). This combination of feta, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, pepperoncini, basil, oregano, and garlic on vermicelli pasta is a Cincinnati Magazine Silver Spoon Award winner. Though the award seems to be from 10 years ago, the flavors are still a pretty good combination. The addition of a well-seasoned chicken breast was a good choice and I wouldn't recommend having the pasta without it.Overall Nick & Tom's is a solid restaurant, made even better by the lack of other good choices in the immediate area. We will definitely be back.

Wow! I wish I would have found this place sooner. Went on a Saturday for lunch and got the french onion soup and silver ladle salad. Everything is so fresh and taste excellent. I'm positive they make everything in house. From the croutons to the dressings.... soooo yummy! Can't wait to come back for dinner on my birthday.
