My Dad's Pizzeria

EXCELLENTFirst the people at the flatwoods/ argillite rd were just wonderful Kim the owner was very personable and very helpful explaining the menu and the process to make the LIB-WICH which is just awesome pizza sandwich lettuce tomato onion mayo on a wonderful pizza dough we had the large and could of brought home half--next time will get the small/regular size for just the two of usVERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED WONDERFUL VENU FOR LARGE GROUPSThis is so worth the trip must try it out, told our family about this.Experience a true wonder the LIB-WICH

My favorite pizza bar none, the crust is always perfect with lots of gooey cheese. Always consistent and delicious!!!! The staff are always quick to serve you and the place is always clean.

Food is good. Not the friendliest people working there. I prefer My Dad's pizza, but they could take some pointers from Giovanni's on customer service.

I do not recommend this restaurant. Two of the older women working saw us when we came in and totally ignored us . I guess this is why they don't have any business.

I have been here one time and I will NEVER be back. I called to place an order for pickup, gave the guy my first name (accidentally but whatever it doesn't matter) guy condescendingly repeats it back, I say yes that's correct and he goes ooooookay sounding rude. I thought whatever not a big deal maybe he's having a bad day. So I had looked at the menu online and I wanted their daily special. 18 in 2 topping pizza with chips a 2 liter. Now I looked at the price online but sometimes places don't keep that updated and my husband was going to get it so we wanted to make sure we had the right amount, THE GUY TAKING MY ORDER SCOFFED AT ME. Like I was some peasant, how I dare I ask for a total? So a bit irritated I chalked it up once again to a bad day. I've worked food service and customer service for years so I get it....actually I don't because I don't have a shitty attitude when it comes to customers. But I digress, I can ignore the shit service if the food is good. It was awful, it tasted like a cheap knockoff of Giovanni's and it literally made us sick afterwards. Save yourself some pain, some money, and from having to deal with assholes. It seems like customers are just an inconvenience to them and honestly the food is shit.

I called to place an order the guy answered the phone and hang up on me when I asked a question. I called back and a lady answered the phone her tone was very rud and unbusyness like.she did not ask if it was for delivery or pick up and told me to pick my order up in 30 min. I called back and ask if they deliver she wasn't sure and had to ask I waited a few seconds befor she could even tell me that could or not and her voice was very condacinding when she gave my her answer. Just unperfecianal and rude.

We order delivery from My Dad's and have never been disappointed.... The pizza is always delicious... I do recommend the Libwich, too. The delivery drivers are Always super nice

Pizza is probably the best in my opinion around here.However, if you ever want to eat it you have to order it mid day. This place is closed more then it's open. If it's after 7-8pm they shut the phones off half the time.This is hands down my favorite pizza place and I don't even bother anymore. Giovanni pizza, my dads. They all answer. They all delivery. And I don't have to wonder if they'll answer the flipping phone. I find it crazy these place has stayed in business the way the hours work

Walked in sat down no one even said hello or anything. After approx 15 minutes we were getting ready to leave and then the waitress comes out from kitchen says something very smirky about how long we waited. After placing order she brought drinks, she never came back. Not to check on us, not to give refills, not even to bring food or check. When I finally gave up on getting the bill I went to counter and a different woman took payment, I asked for a refill and she ignored me. I promise I'll never be a bother again. Pizza was completely different than it use to be, barley any toppings. Also I forgot to mention we were the only customers dining in the restaurant the entire time we were there. Just horrible business.

Went to sit down and have dinner here and as we parked in front of the "restaurant" someone walked to the door and posted a sign that read "delivery or pick up only." On another occasion, my mother drove here to get food after a long day at work. It was about 2:45 pm and walked in. One of the workers told her they weren't open yet. She had honestly not realized or saw the stores times. But why would anyone think a restaurant wouldn't be open at 2:45 pm? The worker said they didn't open until 3:00. My mom asked if she could wait inside (it was a hot day and the AC in her car was broke). The worker told her no that they didn't open until 3:00, so my mom left and went somewhere else. Their operation hours are ridiculous and the workers are rude. I will not be giving them anymore of my business and I will be advising others to do the same. I don't even want to give them one star.
