Momm's Antique Bar & Grill

Wife and I were doing a road-trip near Ripley Ohio. While bar hopping a biker told us we needed to check out the Antique Bar in Higginsport. Place looks small and quaint, and I wasn't expecting much, but was I way wrong. First thing I was impressed with was the owner Charlotte. She greeted us quickly and got us some drinks and menus. She was quick with suggestions, and we ordered some wings and a burger to split. The owner had her family working to take care of guests. The food was incredible. Wings were hot and perfectly cooked. Burger was huge and the fries were fresh cut fries. The owner checked on us often and even told us some of the bar's history and even a little Ghost Story. Bottom line is you need to get off the main drag and check out a family bar that was the highlight of our day. Definitely will recommend and can't wait to return.

We stayed in Higginsport for two nights and walked down to this bar on recommendation. This is a very small town where everyone knows everyone. We walked in and immediately were greeted by a few people. The bartender was very accommodating and the crowd turned out to be extremely friendly and welcoming. We each ordered a cheeseburger and they were soooo good! We also had their beer battered fries which are highly recommended! The onion rings were good too, not greasy at all. The portions were huge and the price great! If I'm ever back in this area I'll stop in for a great meal and good company! The building is older and looks a bit sketchy from the outside but I promise the inside is clean.

This place really surprised me. It looks like a little hole in the wall, (which typically are the best) it's small and is definitely a local joint. When we came in we were greeted like we were family. Had a few ice cold beers and some really great bar food. They have a pretty decent menu of food too. The staff was so nice, and you could tell they truly appreciated our business. If you go through Higginsport give this little place a try!
