I had my first experience with Moe Licious BBQ last year at the Craft Beer Throwdown at Louisville Executive Aviation.There were food trucks set up at this event, and I opted for some snacks from Moe Licious BBQ. I had some cornbread and peach cobbler, and both were absolutely delicious! I also had a chance to speak with the owners and operators of the food truck for a bit, and they seem like wonderful people who really love what they do. I hope to get to try some more food, specifically the barbecue, from Moe Licious BBQ in the future.

We had brisket. It was smokey and tender. There was a little bit too much sauce for my tastes. The serving was large and satisfying. We're didn't opt for the sides, but they have a large selection of them.

It was lunch time and smell the BBQ after drove by the BK. So, I bought a pull sandwich. It didn't over-cooked or over-seasoned pork. It was not salty like many BBQ. There is always room for improvement, but I think they did a OK job. The price is reasonable. So, give it a try if you are just passing thru for meeting or visiting the area.
