What I received. 2 carnations and the 2 small plants in front don't look happy. Received 2 days ago and photo taken today.

My new daughter in law ordered a plant off their website to help us through an emotionally challenging time.When she saw the photo of what we received she wasn't pleased. Some of the flowers were wilted and not much color. It didn't look like the website photo. When she called she was told 'sorry for your problem, you got what you ordered". They offered to send an extra small plant (should arrive tomorrow). They also told her they put in carnations and didn't charge her for them. Looking at the website photo and what I actually received there should have been more carnations. They were not extra.The arrangement was a bit disappointing due to the wilted flowers but, the shop is trying to do something to make it right by giving an additional small plant. What I have issue with is how they treated her on the phone. 1. The comment that she got what she ordered, and 2. They gave her something free when they didn't. The photo of what I got vs the website photo really doesn't look like what I should have been sent. On closer examination it is technically what is in the photo just poorly executed.Next day: I received a new arrangement today. It is beautiful. The company made it right. The flowers are not exactly the same as the website but they are comparable and pretty. They did a good job. They didn't ask but I would have returned the first arrangement.

I ordered funeral flowers the night before the service online bc Minish and Potts was already closed. Early Saturday morning, the florists called to tell they could not get the specific colors, and suggested some others. For this I was glad. However the arrangement was looser than the one on the website and did not present the same artistic effect. Even so, others thought the were very pretty.

First saw their floral arrangements while visiting the Homearama in Norton Commons this year and they were truly breathtaking, so very creatively done with floral choices that really enhanced the decor of these white-painted model homes. They added much needed color to these dull, lifeless home interiors and definitely created an atmosphere of life, love and caring. Nice job and beautifully done!

I don't know much about flowers or plants or anything like that. I know what looks nice but as far as putting something like that together? Yeah, not really me. My mom, however, is a genius at adornments, decorations, flowers, plants, and the like. This means that Mother's Day, birthdays, etc. were always fun challenges for me and my dad. Actually, what it really meant is that my dad picked out something nice and I took credit for it. I've gotten a bit better at the flower thing through the years... but not by a lot.So, when mom and I were on the lookout for a particularly important piece of greenery, she was convinced there was only one place to go: Minish & Potts. Evidently, they used to have locations all over town that my parents would frequent when I was younger. Time has moved on for all parties and there are as many locations as there used to be. At this one, however, time stood still and horticultural creativity remained.As I said, we were on the lookout for a vitally important piece of greenery, so I stood out of the way while mom took the lead. After a bit of searching and discussion with the woman behind the counter, mom found what we were looking for and at a price that she liked. What ensued was a pretty personal discussion between the woman behind the counter (co-owner of this family business) and my mom about some pretty terrible commonalities. Both ladies seemed alright by the end of the conversation, so chalk one up for the power of flowers and greenery to add hope, color and life to even the bleakest of situations. It was a nice reminder on a cold, gray day.

I have used this florist several times and each time am astounded by how creative and beautiful their work is. I just ask them to use what looks best - avoid roses ( I don't care for them) and they come up with dreamy creations of fresh flowers and greenery that I invariably get numerous complements on.

I needed sympathy bouquets to be sent to three different states to convey condolences to loved ones for a sudden death in the family, but I was in a pinch for time. Florist/ owner, Debbie was able to help by coordinating the details and staying within my price range. Each family member was delighted and touched by the floral arrangement received. I have always had a wonderful experience with Minish and Potts in Crestwood. Everything is so fresh and beautiful, and the service is wonderful. A family member from out of town recently sent me the Christmas Magic bouquet, and it looks like a $75.00 or more arrangement and was only about half that price. Its one of the prettiest and most creative arrangements I have ever seen!

We ordered an arrangement for one of our service provider recently experiencing a loss and we felt as though we had gotten robbed. Don't get me wrong, the arrangement was nice BUT, not worth half of what we paid for it. Everyone here at the office complained including myself. That's not me. I'm more reserved vocally. I did call to complain and the lady who answered was nice and all, but completely ignored the complaint and tried to paint the picture as a good experience. The guarantee expressed online says that if you are satisfied with your order that they would replace or refund it. We wouldn't want a replacement or a full refund. Just a partial refund would be suffice. Since we are a good distance away, we feel that they took advantage of that and charged pretty much what they wanted for them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you just have more money to spend than you have common sense. I have used florists many times before and am not at all satisfied with this entire experience.
