I've taken Dr John Patterson's Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. This 8 week class with a day long Saturday class was amazing. I learned new way to reduce stress in my daily life, but more importantly how to stay more present in my everyday life. I didn't realize how much I dashed through my life until I took this class and learned to pay attention to the present. There are also several other classes offered like dance and yoga regularly but I have not attended any of those to comment. I'd say check out their website for more info.
