I've been a frequent customer to Shell since 2015, both me and my wife filling up our cars there weekly, as well as shopping inside. Through no fault of my own, I slipped and fell in water in front of their register last week. I've called several times to receive the incident report. Not only have they failed to call me, when I now call and state my name, they hang up on me. Shell doesn't care about local Kentuckians.
