Melton's Deli

I was recently in Danville and had to try this place out. It is old style dinner, and is a charming and welcoming atmosphere located in downtown Danville. The sandwich was fresh and the service was quick, friendly and enjoyable I recommend Melton's for any lunch craving. You won't be disappointed ! This place has a very good selection of sandwiches and soups. Their lemon meringue pie is the best you can find anywhere.

Best sandwiches ever!!! Love to eat here. A bit expensive but definitely worth it. You guys want a great sandwich this is the place to get one.

Really friendly employees. We ordered three different sandwiches and all three were good. I liked the Reuben that my daughter ordered. They have regular pimento cheese and a spicier version as well that we got a sample of. They were both good, we ended up buying a pound of the spicier one to take home. Definitely will eat here again.

Meltons deli has always been your best choice to pick for a handmade sandwich or soup that always had a great 1950's diner experience. Checkered tiles, and even newspaper clips in the tables. Some are a great read!! Service is to be expected; fast depending on business, or slow. Lovely place!

Great! Great ! Great! From service to quality and selection you can't go wrong. This family owned and operated local deli is by far and hands down top notch! The Big Daddy BLT and chicken salad on a croissant are the best! I highly recommend Meltons for a afternoon delight

Dropped in while in the area and this place was a refreshing, welcoming spot! The folks are nice and make you feel right at home. Food was ready in no time! I got the TBS (turkey bacon Swiss) and hubs got the Reuben, which he said was great. Now Melton's is in his top 3 spots to order a Reuben. We split some fruit as a side and had sweet teas. Great little spot for a quick lunch!

Ordered the Rueben and it was great. The service was fast and very friendly. I even received a free cookie for my first time visit. The cookie was amazing, crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. I will definitely be going back

Definitely recommend the "Big Daddy" club! Excellent sandwiches and the staff here always seem friendly and helpful. Get a side of the kale salad you won't be disappointed.
