McDermotts Professional Mower

McDermott's came to my house to work on my mower that I bought at Lowe's. They said that a part broke on my mower because the blade struck something hard. Funny that the blade wasn't bent and only had normal small nicks in it. But they ever so nicely gave me a estimate to repair my mower. I'm sure they were also paid to look at it by Lowe's. Even the customer service from Husqvarna said the part that broke was VERY hard to break without a very violent blade strike. So why weren't the blades damaged??? Luckily I had someone who knew how to repair mowers take a second look at it before they were paid double to repair it!

These people came to my house to work on my mower that I purchase at Lowe's and got an extended warranty. Said the warranty was no good and I would have to pay for them to fix it. I payed Lowe's 400 for the warranty and they said it didn't cover anything. They then took my mower apart and left without putting it back together. Would not recommend to anyone to deal with these people. Called to complain and they said they would call me back then didn't call me back and when I tried to call back wouldn't answer my phone calls. Will report to BBB AND TO LOWES ON HOW I WAS TREATED.
