Mark's Feed Store

I went to Mark's Feed Store in Elizabethtown, KY. Greeted with a smile. Sat immediately. My server Jayden Y came over. Very nice and professional. Took my order. Everything came out in a timely manner. I ordered the No.1 combo. The food was good. My brisket was a little dry but it was seasoned well. The ribs were delicious. The pulled pork was great. Service was great. The noise level was very good. Enjoyed it all.

Great place to eat with excellent customer service! My family and I will return to try other food selections.

Delicious! Upon entry, the service was fast and friendly for a Saturday evening. A welcoming atmosphere with booth and table seatings great for a family outing of a few to a large group! I ordered the combo meal #1 to get a variety of all their major hitters and it did not disappoint. The meat was tasty even without any sauce but the addition of their sauce was spot on! The portions were just right for the price. Parking was plentiful as it is a private lot just for the restaurant. Will definitely be back for more. Enjoy!

This place was fine and if there was an option, I'd probably give them 3.5 stars. The service was fine. The food was hit or miss. I ordered ribs. I have a feeling they pre-cut them into racks and half racks, then keep them heated. My middle ribs were great, but the ones on each end were dry to the point they were inedible. The mac and cheese had a decent flavor but was really soupy. The "loaded" fries came with what appeared to be dried out bacon bits and a bit of melted cheddar cheese that was congealed by the time it made its way to us. They forgot the spicy seasoning but there's a shaker jar on the table, so you can as much or little as you like. The buttermilk pie at the end was heavenly and enough of a reason for us to return.

Best barbecue restaurant I have been to in awhile. The name threw me off but the reviews were goos so I said what the heck. I had the combo plate which had a little bit if everything. All the meats were so tender and flavorful, you really didn't need to sauce it much. The chicken wings were phenomenal! Nice crusty batter and juicy meat with finger licking sauce that tastes similar to thai sweet chili sauce.Our server Brooke was so sweet and very helpful in explaining the menu. She told her manager it was our first time there and we were visiting. The manager came over and welcomed us and gave us complimentary goodies. The ultimate warm hospitality. This place should be packed every night. We will definitely stop in again the next time we come through this town.

We had the best time having lunch at this location. The food is always incredible at Mark's, but it's the greet service that keeps us coming back. The restaurant was very clean and well decorated. We were seated by the window, which we loved. I usually get the chicken sliders, but I got the fish this time and I'm so glad I did! Wow it's incredible. It was so crispy. I do wish there was more lemon pepper seasoning, but overall it was very good. This was a trip of firsts for me as I tried the buttermilk crunch for the first time as well and it might be my favorite thing on the menu! I cannot wait to have another. Our server was very attentive and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and we really enjoyed and appreciated her! I wish I remembered her name. A manager stopped by our table to make sure everything was great, which it was. Definitely recommend and will be returning!

The wait staff were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was down home farm style. The BBQ was delicious. I liked the brisket and the pulled pork. I will definitely be back.

We were passing through Elizabethtown and wanted dinner. After reading the Yelp reviews we decided to stop. What a great decision. We ordered ribs, honey wings, corn and potato salad. Everything was excellent!! The honey wings are a must have and the ribs are fall off the bone delicious; not greasy, not dry. The corn was fried so very different but very deliciousBut the best part of our experience was the service! Manager Angie and waitress Julie were so warm and welcoming and made our visit so memorable. I rarely give 5 star reviews but the food and service at Mark's Feed Store (love the name!) was exceptional.

Food was great. They have smoked turkey that I have been looking for. They also had burgoo which made my husband happy. Great service. The desserts looked wonderful.
