Marco's Pizza

The pizza was good, I liked it, 5 stars. The staff was nice fast service, it was clean and neat

Marco's opened near our house. We just had to try it since it is so close and my wife and I never had Marco's before. I asked a co-worker today if he ever had Marco's and he said "Yes. It is like Hungry Howie, Little Caesar's, Domino's or the rest of them." On my way home from work I called wifey to order pizza and I would pick it up. She got frustrated trying to order the pizza on Marco's website from her phone and told me it takes 20 minutes to be ready so she was giving up. I work just 15 minutes away so I guess we will do it another day. I stopped at Subway and purchased a half tuna sub , came home and ate it. WHAT'S THIS GOT TO DO WITH MARCO'S? Right?I finished eating my sub with chips and a drink then opened my email. I immediately see an email from Marco's showing the pizza is ready for pick up and I already paid with my credit card. Are you kidding me right now??? I told the wife she ORDERED the pizza and it is ready for pick up. So she says GO GET IT! Haha. I thought to tell her to GO GET IT! ;) When I get to Marco's a young man at a register saw me standing there getting my email up and asked if I had been helped. That's funny, but polite. I showed him my email and he said my name out loud. I said yes, that's me. A girl at the other register looks at me and asks, "Where you BEEN?" I told them the story I just told here. They handed me the pizza, we laughed and I brought the pizza home. My wife and I tried a slice and must agree with my co-worker. It is just okay. The sauce and cheese have no taste. The toppings are okay, but bland which were pepperoni, onion, mushroom, green and black olive and green bell pepper. For nearly $20, we found Marco's to be underwhelming. In closing, I think everyone should try it out for themselves. There were a LOT of people working there and many people in the lobby waiting to pick up. I doubt we will pay $20 for another pizza when there are so many other pizza joints with similar faire for less.

Ordered online, menu is setup well, easy to navigate. Food was hot and love the crust on pizza and bread on calzone. Their specialty cheese pizza is excellent. Will order from here again.

I wanted this review to be better than it is. I gave them lots of opportunity to make it better but it is what it is. I have seen a lot of flyers about Marcos Pizza and wanted to give them a shot. I placed an online order at 5:15 for a 5:50 pick up and arrived at Marcos at 5:45. At that time, I was told they were a little backed up but it would be ready shortly. At 6 pm I asked again about my pizzas and was told they are in the oven and would be out shortly. At 6:15 I asked again and was told that my pizzas were almost out of the oven. At 6:25, I asked for my order to be cancelled and was told that my pizzas would be ready in 4 minutes. I spoke with the manager who told me they are short staffed - and I would have believed this was the problem but another woman came in, ordered and left with her pizza during the 45 minutes I waited for my pizza. I would have canceled my order and left if they had been honest about timing - but they kept saying your pizza is almost ready - just five more minutes.

have done several online delivery orders and they do a great job. taste great and I have been going to them over my usual for quite a while now my orders have always been on time and hot. I also love their barbecue wings. Things also always go better with extra cheese. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, but saw a lot of negative impatient people so we just wanted to chime in. Also appreciate that you're open on Christmas Eve and even a few hours on Christmas Day if I remember right. Happy holidays.

Grand openings could be a mess, but they had their acts together! Staff was ready, welcoming, and attentive! Great management! Food was delicious too! Forgot to take the full pic, but here's what's left of it!

We got carry out on Friday around 7pm. It was fantastic! We ordered two pizzas. A Italian sausage, pepperoni & mushroom as well as a pepperoni and green peppers. We will order again. I love pizza & this is challenging my favorite pizza place in Jeffersonville.

Order online at 2pm for pizza to be ready at 3:25pm. When we got there I checked in for curbside pickup. Waited. My husband went in. Pizza wasn't ready till 3:55pm. Half an hour late. Will not go back.

just a waste of time and money...I have ordered twice and both times my order was wrong and late and cold... save your money... it's easier to go to Walmart and buy a deli pizza from them... at least that way your not only saving money, but you are assured that your pizza will suck
