If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, driving around looking at car lots and see this place...... keep driving Bought a 2014 Silverado in 2019, the truck looked amazing. Clean inside and out, drove great. AC wasn't working which wasn't mentioned so luckily I tried it out and brought it to their attention. It was worked into the paperwork and fixed later on. The salesman said it was a mechanics truck that worked there and he traded it in, I found out why later on.Truck was doing good and 3k miles later it was time for a oil change. While draining the oil it smelled like gasoline, 2 days after the oil change it sounded like the motor had fallen out the bottom. It was struggling but luckily was within 1/4 a mile of my home. I got home it was 4am so I just figured I'd look the next morning and see what was going on. Long story short I had the trucked checked by a mechanic, it had many issues within the motor. It had been doctored up to get by for awhile. I ended up trading it in and making them aware of the issues it had going on. Keep driving your wallet and transportation needs will thank you.

My wife dropped off her car for service, this was her first time here. Drop off went well. When she came to pick it up, she went to her service advisor who kind of gave her a dumb look and told her she needed to go to desk, like she was supposed to know that. Then once she was rung up, she had to go in the lot and get her own car! They didn't get it and pull it up.. and, they didn't even wash it! I guess the 3-5 sales/service people standing around in the parking lot smoking were too busy to get her car for her and wash it. Worst service ever at a Toyota dealer! Won't be coming here again!

Good Evening, I am so sorry to bother you but I truly feel the need to share this with you. I am the owner of a 2011 Toyota Rav 4 and after owning this vehicle for two years where I purchased it in Lexington Ky I am very disappointed it with the vehicle but with the fact that after the two years it has been a very good vehicle. Until just recently it started making a loud rattling noise under the frontend. This noise is not only loud but embarrassing as well. I contacted the Prestonsburg Toyota and I spoke with the guy in the service department I made an appointment and drove the 47 mile one way there. When I arrived I had also received a recall flyer in the mail, so I took that as well. They looked at the vehicle and came and told me it needed a rear differential coupler and it would need to be ordered. So they ordered it I had assumed the rattle noise was fixed so I left, my appointment was to come back in a week and have it looked at, I did that as well and after waiting 2 1/2 hours on it they tell me it was done. When I went to get in it and leave I started it and it didn't make the rattle noise but it will not make it unless it has just been started so again I assumed it was fixed. In my way home I noticed that every time I got above 35 miles an hour it would shake me off the road to the point of being a little scared. After getting back to work, it had sit about two hours I got in it to get my things out since a tow truck was coming and it made the same rattling noise. After calling them they told me to bring it back next day, well there was no way I was driving it back I had to get it towed.i then bring up that the noise was still too and he starts to tell me that they never looked at a rattling noise. He stated that all they done was the recall I explained to him was the one who had called in the first place because of the noise. I have recorded what this car sounds like and it is very bad, but I did call them again around 12:30 today and another guy answered and explained that they found out what was wrong with why it was all over the road with me they had left off the driveline bolts. They said they did replace them but cannot find anything wrong with why the vehicle is rattling. By this time of course I'm a little frustrated and I ask again why they couldn't find the noise, he said it was normal. My vehicle has 96,000 miles on it and after it gets to 100,000 I'm not covered. I might be a female but I do know quite a bit about cars from growing up and changing transmissions, tires, oil, torque converters, etc and I know when something is wrong with my car. I am so sorry to bother you but I am at the end of this rope and I am just asking for your help. I took upon myself to look this up on the Internet and mine sounds just like theirs and they are saying it is a cold start issue that Toyota has known about for sometime. All I am asking is for a little bit of your time just to listen to a video. There is no way that Toyota has a vehicle that they allow to leave their lot sounding like this one does and nothing to be wrong with it. Thank you for your time,Sent from my iPhone

Tried to purchase a new 2016 Tundra Trd Pro at the advertised sale price on their own website and on Autotrader. When I agreed to purchase thru internet salesperson (s/p agreed to advertised sale price) but, they had to confirm with sales mgr. S/P came back and stated sales mgr. said it was a "mistake" and toyota rebate ($1250) did not apply to this model. I agreed to forego the rebate and asked for them to write up the deal anyways. The sales mgr. then decided to also take away there own "dealer discount" of $1989 and said it was also a mistake. Tried to charge me full MSRP on the Buyers Order. I refused as 2017 models were out-I ended up walking away. Luckily for me approx. 1 month later I picked up a 2017 Tundra TRD pro-Cement C/C at a amazing price-discount off MSRP. (unheard of...as 2017 model just came out). Glad the S/mgr. decided to jerk me around and I decided to walk...

What a total car wreck, literally. Attempted to trust another out of state cardealer since they were "TOYOTA" BIG MISTAKE!!! Kind and curteous via phone, seemed to be forth coming about the Suv I was interested in .. so I placed a binder on it, rented a car, took a day off work, drove 4.5 hrs one way. Then disaster! Many, many things not disclosed, filty beyond reason on inside (food, candy, fruit) after asking sales person over phone to please check carpet under mats, they said all good. LIES, coffee spilled and not gotten up, cola spilled and not gotten up, not one place or even two, but many places it was puddled and dried in carpet. Dried gum on leather, leather filthy in all three rows. Rear bumper smashed from multiple directions, front bumper severely damaged and beat out and touched up. Non of this was in photos, none disclosed even after asking before I made the trip there. Yes a few small things were mentioned and photoed but only about 10percent of damage filth and flaws revealed. After dealing with sales over phone and trusting them (again a MISTAKE) The Sales Manager DID NOT EVEN SAY "SORRY" JUST HAD A PUNKY SMART MOUTH ATTITUDE. When I owned my own business I WOULD HAVE FIRED AN EMPLOYEE for such disrespect and arrogant responses. I have purchased via internet many trucks suvs and cars from individuals and small used car lots WITH NO ISSUES OR COMPLAINTS,,,BUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MANN TOYOTA TAKES THE PRIZE.
