Yummy icecream, quick service! Love it here! I've tried their turtle sundae, birthday cake icecream, mint chocolate chip icecream (in picture), and milkshakes! They are all delicious! I also love their cheese balls!

The drive thru was packed and Tally is taking orders and filling her own orders while one worker is waiting to fill food orders and the other is walking around on his phone doing nothing useful. You need more Tallys and less guys like the one texting on his phone . She's running the place herself.

When my family goes to visit other family in Portsmouth, we stop here every time. We get cherry slushies every time. The milkshakes are great as well. We don't often get food, but have liked what we've tried (burger, corndog). It's one of our favorite places in Portsmouth!

My wife and I have been going to Malt Shop for over 1 1/2 years, almost weekly. We're from the West Coast, their Cheese Burger and fries will give In 'n Out a run for their money. Very good burgers, fresh letttuce, tomatoes and red onion, my mouth is watering

I used to love this place. Every experience has gotten a little worse each time I've went the last couple times. It started with minor inconveniences- no big deal. But tonight was it. It's storming so badly- the girls were just playing around in the window taking my order- I'm all for having fun at work, but make sure you're doing things correctly. We pull around to wait on our food, 10 minutes. She reads it off to us when she brings it out. I ordered mushrooms, not onion rings. She asked if I wanted to keep the onion rings and they'd bring out mushrooms. Sure she comes back and says I need to go back through the line bc I wasn't charged for it. WHAT?! AND THATS MY FAULT HOW? I'm not taking another 15 minutes in line while the rest of my food gets cold for YOUR mistake. Suffice to say, the onion rings I wasn't charged for we're pretty good.

Warning: I've only had the chicken strips and fries and the taste may vary. Or the worker that day could have been lazy.Here's my review: - Chicken is okay, a little too dry- The bready outside was completely bland.Honestly, it was a bog standard chicken strip, wasn't too terrible. I'd probably eat it to not starve but, wasn't great either. Probably wouldn't eat them again, unless I had to.The fries? They're fries. They tasted great.
