Main Street Floral Works

Ordered for Moms Birthday . Got great service, and pretty seasonal flowers my Mom enjoyed! Will order again!

I am from out of town and had looked online for a florist in the Elizabethtown area. Main Street Floral Works actually stood out the most. So when I called to place an order I commented to the owner of how well her website looked. She presented to me great customer service over the phone. That's the only positive things I can say from this point on. We had a dear friend and co-worker pass suddenly and I wanted a nice greenery arrangement with fresh cut daisies. Online I had ordered "The ceramic dish garden" and upgraded to make it fuller and was charged more. I was specific on the additions and what the sympathy card would say. Once we arrived at the memorial service I noticed our arrangement and I was embarrassed and felt taken advantage of. I felt like maybe living out of town that we wouldn't attend the service and see the final outcome. The arrangement was sold to me that it would have 12 different arrays if greenery (there were only 6-8) and there were no daisies or fresh cut flowers of any sort. Also it only listed our company name not "Our thoughts and prayers" on the card. I emailed the owner my frustrations and never got a response back so I wanted to share publicly. I believe you should live by the Golden Rule: "Treat others as you would want to be treated."

Shouldn't even rate one star...my bf ordered the ultimate arrangement to be sent to my work for Valentines and what I received was nothing like the picture he sent me. I understand today is a busy day but come on he just spent a bundle of money with you guys. First pic is what I received (mind you I had to arrange them to look decent) and second pic is what he ordered. Like I was told by owner someone else is very happy at the moment and I am not, with the florist that is.
