Madison Flower Shop

I would give this store negative stars if I can. I ordered flowers 3 days in advance to have it deliver to my in-law on her birthday. Not only the flower never came although I was charged for it already, the store never return my phone calls/messages. I will NEVER order from this place ever again!

Ordered a floral arrangement for an out of town funeral. When speaking with Madison Flower Shop told them I'd like something using "inexpensive" flowers so the arrangement could look larger since there were going to be 3 sets of names on it. I was very embarrased when I got to the funeral home to find a vase of flowers that looked very chincy. Plus they used a few expensive types of flowers completely disregarding what I asked for.Called them and let them know how I felt and although the girl I talked to apologized she said she didn't take the order so...Needless to say if I need flowers in the Winchester area again (which I probably will) I won't be using Madison Flower Shop.
