Made To Crave

This is a chipotle copy which is good because there is no chipotle in the area. At first I was excited to see some fun meat options but it was all a little confusing. There was no guacamole either which is sad. It tasted good but it sat a little heavy on my stomach more than chipotle normally does. Also the salsa was really peppery like black pepper.

I'd like to give this place two stars, not one star because the service is better during the day. But I am never going there in the evening again. During the week the people working on night shift are careless, rude, and poorly trained. The food is really good though.When I go in the evening, I order items for each of my four children and my wife and I, and they act like it's a hassle to fill a large order. I give clear directions on how to finish an item, and they will look right at me and make it differently, even then when I have to put my foot down and ask them to fix the problem, they act like I'm out of line. The woman who acts like the evening manager literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked why my last item, a burrito, still hadn't been made and multiple people were jumping me in line. She finally barked at some kid -who would later over charge me several dollars- behind the register and he came down and poorly made the burrito.Twice I've caught them overcharging me, and getting them to fix this is real hassle. Last night the kid just thrust 4 dollars at me out of the drawer. After charging me to add guacamole to 4 items, something I didn't order. Super unprofessional.I'd love for this place to get their act together, the barbacoa is amazing.

Fresh food that is always delicious. Quick service. One of my favorite local places to go.

This is a unique place for the area, think chipotle/moves/Qdoba but small home town style. All the ingredients are fresh and tasty, we've tried several proteins but I always go back to the pulled pork. Just like the big guys you walk in and cafeteria style they make your entree in front of you. Once finished with making the meal they then give you a free bag of chips and salsa. The foods good, the employees are nice and the price is in line with the quality. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest the place for anybody passing thru prestonsburg.

Not a bad eat, especially in an area that doesn't seem to have too many options other than fast food. Ingredients tasted fresh and the portion was really good. Pretty on par with qdoba or chipotle priced about the same too. I got a steak bowl with queso and guac and a little cookie for about 13$. Overall I would definitely frequent this place if I lived in the area. Nice healthy option.

Made to Crave is absolutely delish. I ordered 3 pork carnitas tacos with fresh jalapeños, pico, onion, cilantro and drizzle of queso cheese. They were so so good! All amazingly fresh ingredients . Will for sure try other items on the menu. Love this place

This place must be under new management or something because it has went down hill extremely 3 of my last orders out of 4 have had either the wrong tacos or no drinks no chips hopefully they get back to the way they used to be but I believe it's gonna be awhile before I order anything from there if I ever do again honestly! What happened!!!!

Not a local but was very happy to find this place after checking out my very limited options . Very impressed! Food was great, fresh and all employees were kind and helpful . Would return if I'm ever in this neck of the woods again.
