Mad good! This place rocks! Burgers as big as your face! Ignore basic chains, us four guys went wild for the Goliath burger, all American, and my Hawaii Five O was crazy tasty. A bummer the atmosphere does not match the food at all but thankfully they got outdoor seating. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was fast and friendly. Mad Mikes is classic fast food hamburgers and fries like USA is always hungry for. Prices were fair enough. Parking and location make it easy to fill up. But we needed a handicap sticker after the greasy goodness of the Goliath burger which has grilled cheeses for buns!

Visited Mad Mikes today.after reading some of the reviews, both good and bad, I had to try it for myself. I had the Big Tex Burger and fries. The sandwich was huge! And it was flavorful . Was it the absolute best hamburger that I have ever eaten; not really but it was good and filling. The fries were good and abundant. The price for my meal was very affordable, I was very pleased with the cost of my meal. Other comments were disparaging about the decor; this is a renovated storefront that was clean and well maintained. While it was not the heavily decorated chain restaurants if you are more concerned about where you eat than what you eat this may not be the place for you. I consider this a hole in the wall restaurant and I like it! Good food and plenty of it what else do you want?

It has been far too long since we had been back to this awesome burger joint in Florence. They have so many unique burgers and other sandwiches that you don't find anywhere else. I went with one of my old favourites called the Look Out Below. It's a big ole burger topped with Mad Sauce (mayo with a slight kick), cream cheese, jalapeños, fried egg, and lettuce which I had left off. It's a big orchestra of flavours with the pizazz coming from the Mad Sauce and jalapeños balanced out with smooth flavour from the cream cheese and of course the fried egg was good. It's a really good burger that I highly recommend. They give you so many fries with their regular size fries that my wife and I split them. I'd classify them as average although a good ketchup fry I would say. The restaurant has at times been dirty during our visits over the years but on this occasion it was quite clean so good on them for that. All in all a delicious and affordable lunch from Mad Mike's.

Looked forward to trying this as I was passing through for work only to be disappointed. The big tex burger was soggy and the bbq sauce was terrible. The ketchup packets were the worst I've ever had. Fries were tasteless. On top of that the ambience was bad. Couldn't finish and wouldn't recommend.

I can't believe this place has anywhere near this many good reviews. It certainly can happen statistically, but my experience with this location was not good.So bad, in fact, I would not go back; not sure I'd try it again if it was free.

I'm passing through from Michigan and this food is so amazing. Definitely recommend. Really chill vibe.

Food is okay, but if you were expecting to get normal traditional wings, it's not normal here. I got traditional expecting just fried wings, but they were breaded for some reason and a big fried mass was in my wings

We went on Christmas Day, so expected to wait a bit, no big deal. We waited over an hour, went to the counter and asked where our food was because by then the place was empty. Guy said "oh hang on, maybe 5 mins." Ok. Then a couple comes in "we think we got the wrong order about 10-15 mins ago" guy takes the food to the back, talks in non-english, then puts 2 burgers and a fry on a tray, walks around and hands me the tray. The fries were cold with a couple fresh ones on the top and the burgers were cold... he literally gave us the food the lady returned!! When I asked if that's what he did, he just stood there. I asked for a refund, which took an additional 12 mins because he didn't know how to refund cash and wanted to remake the food. We were there an hour and 27 mins, left with no food. I also left a VM for the health dept. How can they take food that left the store and hand it back out???! GROSS!!! Additionally there's broken equipment around the counter, the counters are sticky and falling apart and the floors were covered in spilled water, drink and liquid grease... should have been a sign but like I said, it was Christmas Day and hardly nothing was open.
